Unfortunately I visited this farm in the winter but it was still amazing. Why this farm isn’t listed as a thing to do is beyond me. Even though things were limited I had fun. Originally we stopped for ice cream but I had to get something to eat after looking at the menu. Everything was so great. After we ate we got ice cream and one of the employees was nice enough to mention the petting zoo. This place was amazing top to bottom. Will be definitely coming back.
Their new event space (formerly the Golden Jersey Inn) was perfect for 4 Paws for Ability’s event!
Angela was amazing to work with from start to finish. Her day-of staff were so kind and helpful.
The building is spacious, with beautiful decor, and has a great space for the yummy food (and ice cream!).
Our event was more presentation style, but it’s a great space for a seated meal for a party, wedding, reunion, etc. They can host up to 220 for a seated meal!
I highly recommend!
We are so lucky that we found this lovely farm on the way back Columbus from Dayton. This farm had playgrounds and cattle and lamb houses with many interesting activities like baseball practice and carousel. The dairy restaurant was also awesome with many homemade local items and souvenirs. Their strawberry milkshake tasted amazing with a rich taste of milk. We spent a great afternoon with patting lovely animals and walking around this beautiful farm. They also showed their coming activities like corn mazes or Thanksgiving treats in their brochures.
They did a great job with their new building. Dining in isn't a struggle anymore, especially during peak hours. They have a good ordering system, and food gets served quick. Had their chicken and dumplings, chili bowl, double party burger, cheese curds. All are great, we loved it!
Awesome, friendly, and fun place to go. Good food, amazing ice cream, cute gift shop, goats and calves to pet, and many other activities. Fun to stop for ice cream or some all day activities.
If you want a place that has it all, this is where you need to go. No matter the age. You will find something here for everyone in your family. 2 - 18-hole mini golf courses, newly added 1 of a kind carousel, driving range, kid-friendly activity area, batting cages, hayrides tours, petting zoo, restaurant, ice cream, the best pumpkins hands down and so much more. The prices are very affordable.
My family and I come to Youngs every year to pick out our pumpkins. Everything was very good. The food was always good as well as the service. We went and picked out our pumpkins from the pumpkin patch and it was a bit smaller than in years past. But we were able to find huge ones!
We came here for a birthday party. The food was average. The attractions were cool, though. They had a pumpkin patch. We fed some farm animals and rode the gorgeous hand painted carousel ???? We also walked the giant corn maze, which ended with a small playground. They have a kiddie coral with slide and a bunch of things for smaller kids.
The only negative, (and reason for the 4 stars for atmosphere), is that there is a slide at the playground that's at the end of the corn maze & at the bottom, it's just rocks. My daughter came down the slide fast and really hurt her butt by landing on the rocks (it was unavoidable & the rocks were the same color as the sand that was there on the ground, so it was hard to tell. They're also huge and stuck in the ground; the rocks aren't something that could be moved. I included a photo for reference.) I *HIGHLY* recommend catching your kids at the bottom, but the business should really put some cushioning down for the kids so no one else hurts themselves. This was ultimately why we ended up leaving. She got hurt pretty bad by that, which ended in tears. Otherwise, we probably would've stayed longer.
There were other attractions also that we didn't end up doing but wish we could've squeezed in - like putt putt & batting cages & another big slide for the bigger kids.
