Best WLM Reviews

Good Vietnamese food, fair prices, very fast service. Not over-seasoned or greasy. Tasted authentic. Our food (5 dishes) took only around 10 minutes to come out after we ordered. I ordered gluten free curry tofu which was good. There are many dishes that can be made gluten free upon request. The only reason why I rated 4 stars instead of 5 is because there was a clear jelly-like thing found in the hot and spicy chicken dish (see photos). It didn’t seem like chicken fat - was almost like tendon or jellyfish - but am not sure. It didn’t detract too much from the dish but was a bit unexpected. That was the only thing. I would still recommend this place for the good service and good food.
We started with spring rolls and soup, both were good, but not outstanding. The soup was on the salty side, but the spring rolls had a nice fresh taste. I love curry, but this isn’t the place to get it! I like my curry on the hot and thick side, this was mild and thin. My husband had the seafood Pho and I wish I had ordered that instead. The broth was deep and rich with a mild kick of jalapeños. Unfortunately, there wasn’t a lot of seafood. We left full, but a bit unsatisfied.
This might be one of the most authentic restaurants in Fort Collins. We usually order the lemongrass chicken soup to go, and it is divine. We came in to eat this time, and we were not disappointed in the least. The spring rolls were fantastic with the dipping sauce. For the entree, I got the salmon with veggies and rice, and my girlfriend got the pineapple pork. Everything came out very quickly and tasted incredible. This place is an absolute must go if you are in Fort Collins.
Had a wonderful time at Young’s, the sesame chicken was the best I’ve ever had! My date and I also got the BYO spring rolls and had a lot of fun crafting them.
Not the most authentic food / menu I’ve had but the tofu power bowl is decent. I was expecting more like the bahn mi / vermicelli/ pho menu like I’m accustomed to but this one seems to be a bit white washed for ease of the American audience. Couldn’t really understand the lunch combo menu.
The Vietnamese iced coffee was served traditionally but unfortunately that made it difficult to get the coffee to condensed milk ratio correct. Wouldn’t order that again. The little thermos of hot water was cute.
They had the most impressive fish tank I have seen! Also, the food was excellent. Especially, the spring roll!
We also tried the Vietnamese coffee which was excellent! I recommend making a second cup and mixing it together if it is a bit too sweet.
When I saw how many 5 star reviews this place had, I was skeptical if they were real. We went on Memorial Day. Although the restaurant seemed busy, we were seated right away. We tried the chicken and beef noodle soup. The servings were generous, more protein is served than what I've experienced at other places, and the meat looked to be of good quality too. The taste was amazing. It's easily one of the best we've had. Our server was polite and attentive despite all the tables he was helping. We were impressed!
I've eaten here before and been disappointed but I thought I'd give it another shot and I was pleasantly surprised. I got the rice pork lunch dish which came with soup. Both are very flavorful as well as the Vietnamese coffee. I'd come back again.
The hostess was a little bit socially awkward saying nothing when I arrived or when she sent me the table.
I would still come back.
