i would give this nail salon 0 stars if i could. Where do i even start haha. i’ve been here a handful of times probably 5 times max but after this last time i will never go again. i went in with a picture of what i wanted (a french manicure) the gentleman who did my nails could care less about the photo and claimed he knew what he was doing , ok . after having to redo them a couple times i just decide they weren’t that bad until i left and realized he left hairs and powered on my nails and cured them under the lamp like that which i didn’t notice at the salon . he also cut me and didn’t say or do anything about it just let my blood continue to come out which is illegal . i call the shop the same day i got them done and they said they would call me back . 3 days pass and nothing so i call them and tell them i would like my refund and the OWNER says that’s a me problem and that there is nothing at all wrong and that they won’t give me my money back lol she eventually , after some arguing back and fourth, says she will call her husband and ask about the refund and call me back. to my surprise she calls back and says they will give me a refund if i come in the store . i go there and she tries to go back in fourth again before she finally writes me a check but now i see in my bank account they have charged me another $60 so we are back to square 1. this is an extremely unprofessional and unsanitary nail salon do not waste your time money or energy going here you will be disappointed and they couldn’t or care less
Let me start out by saying my daughter, my wife and my son and I have all been coming here for about four years maybe five. This business is off the charts with customer service and their ability to please everyone in our family. If you’ve ever been skeptical of any nail salon Rest assured, young nail & spa is the best place to go.
This is my third time now at Young nails. Each technician has been incredible. But Grace is the absolute best!! She did my pedicure and gel manicure today. It was better than some of my spa experiences!
Used to be my favorite place to get nails done - lately the poor service and poor quality of work has made me consider other places. You can still see my natural nail under the gel polish, including parts of my old color underneath. I advised my natural nail was still showing but was told 3 coats is good. Highly disappointed and will not be coming back.
Called and made an appt for a mani/pedi for sat 230 for my hubby &i. I got called that Friday asking where we were. I said I made appt for Sat. Sat comes we show up at 230 and it's packed, so we wait, no prob. terrible gel selection and the man says they dont do dip to feet so i have to pick gel. Whatever, i pick out and wait. After 30 mins my hubby gets called up. This man pictured gave him a 10 min pedi for 30 bucks. My husband was so upset the man did nothing but cut his nails and put them in water. He asked to have more off the nail the man refused. The lady pictured called me over and i ask if its better to do walk in or appt? She becomes angry by that time and i I was like things are redic we aren't coming back here so the woman kicks me out, my husband too. Lazy with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! What if you had a doctor that refused you care bc you were upset for waiting, would that be OK? I think not, so how do you have the right young nails employees! Shame on you. Use to be my favorite salon now I’m going to be finding a new place. I went in today for dip extensions and for them to be rounded wellll they’re pointy not rounded and they don’t even cover my whole nail! They look like they’re lifting already and some are filed so much that they’re all different lengths! So unhappy! I will never be going back there!
I have been going there for years but this was the worst spa pedicure and gel manicure I have ever had. Would never go back. I have 2 nails that split down from the top and they actually acted bewildered how they could cover them so they wasn’t a space on them and wouldn’t catch on everything which is the only reason I was getting them done in the first place.
Nail place that can’t even do French tip with square shape. Like isn’t that your whole job?
