DO NOT GO HERE! The lady who works here RIPPED off my natural nail! I went in for a fill in & nail repair. She started ripping off my acrylic nail instead of soaking ur off or filing it down. I told her I was in pain TWICE! She continued despite my protest & ripped both the acrylic & my natural nail off! DO NOT GO HERE! They still asked me to pay!
I was a little unsure about coming in for a pedicure with the review the way they are. I can tell you my tech Hao Lee did a wonderful job from start to finish. It was my first time there I was greeted with a smile from the front desk and didn't wait a very long time, while I relaxed in the massage chair. It was clean and the finished product I was very happy with. The price was 4$ different than quoted so I'm not quite sure about that but I didn't ask since my gift certificate covered it. I got the basic pedicure quoted 36$ note the difference was not charged by the tech but the gentleman who was working there. I believe he is the owner or manager. That's why I only gave 4 stars instead of 5

Do not go there… they are not clean. I sat down and the towel was so dirty it was stiff. I had a bad spot underneath my nail and he was just going to layer acrylic over it. Something told me to get up immediately so I paid for them to take the top layer off and I’m going elsewhere. Also they would not let me look at the color book before getting my nails done.
Update after their response:
No one was looking at the books. I saw them on the counter. You both kept stating “After we do nails!” Next, I never asked for the acrylic to be drilled off, I requested a soak off and you all tried to push me into what you wanted. Everything I stated stands and your store had a dirty stiff towel at my station. There’s a reason you all have two stars. I’m not the first to write an honest review and I will not be the last.
If I could give a negative star I would. This place is horrible ! The customer service is nonexistent and the work is horrible. I visited for a pedicure did not properly remove the original polish prior to applying the new polish. Didn’t shape, remove dead skin or anything When I inquired about the appearance of my nail, the tech was very unprofessional and rude. Not quality work at all. I left looking like a toddler painted my toes. I will definitely NOT be back
I really wish I would of seen all the reviews before I went. Pricing is insanely high. Ive never in my life have paid $43 dollars for a REFILL!! Not only are the prices insane the customer service was sub par. I asked the guy to trim down my nails he just cuts them off and asked if the length was ok. I guess so since you already chopped it off. None of my nails are the same length as the opposite hand. He didnt even put any cuticle oil on afterwards. I definitely wont be back.

The service here is terrible. Please don't come here. They didn't have any of the colors that were presented to me on the sample ring. I asked for a gel manicure which I thought was $18. They charged me $30. $15 for the manicure and $15 for the gel polish. While drying my nails I said the UV light was burning me. The nail tech responded, "I know."
At the end, when it was time to dry he told me to keep alternating my hands under the light. I asked for how long and he told me to just keep doing it.
Lastly, when he finished there was gel build up around my fingers. I had to ask him to clean it up. These people will take your money but they won't service you. Save your money and your emotions and don't come here please. If you think it will be okay.

Last time I went I swore I would never go back but they were the only place open so I gave it one more try!! NEVER AGAIN!! The lady that owns te shop did my pedicure! She cut a hunk out of my little toe and never said a word! It bleed all day. All of my cuticles are cut so much they hurt and I have raw places all over my feet!! This is the worse place! They last time we went they charged by daughter 10 to soak off her nails! Will NEVER GO BACK!!
