Stayed here for a few hour Dayuse before our flight. This hotel is nice and clean. The room is small but I believe it was great for short term. Either way it was a nice hotel and I will stay again. The staff was ever accommodating and I was very appreciative of that. They have a nice bar and the food looked good.
I booked this hotel to try something different from the usually Hilton or Marriott properties. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and the room although basic was clean and everything I needed. I had a First Class room which was a little bigger than others I hear. It was perfect for me as a solo traveler and maybe as a couple but I would not recommend it for more than one couple. The bathroom offers very little privacy and when the light comes on in the toilet area it lights up the entire room. The adjustable bed was nice and the mattress was comfortable.
Fun hotel we stayed in near the Port before leaving on a transatlantic cruise. Really nice size room with huge bed. We found it just a little funny to have the bathroom the way it was. See pic. (Toilet and shower behind green glass). We felt like the oldest people there, but were still comfortable in our surroundings.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS !!! So it’s a beautiful place but !! The pool closes extremely early the hotel doesn’t have parking you have to pay 50 dollars a night for valet. The rooms aren’t big at all and definitely not for the shy people who don’t mind using a bathroom with only glass separators. When my boyfriend went to the bathroom the aroma filled the room and I had to leave. But the location is decent and the restaurants nearby are wonderful. Also nothing but homeless everywhere outside and it’s such a sad place to walk around and not be in fear of getting robbed. Thank god I’m from a city and wasn’t too shocked.

If the hotel was rated as a 2.5 STAR hotel, I'd give a higher review. Apparently this is supposed to be a 4-STAR HOTEL!? NO room service, NO plates or silverware allowed to go to the room. NO washcloths! NO Kleenex tissues. The toilet paper is 1-ply tissue. It took 3 requests to get hand towels. The closet is an open air rack. The towels are so rough, they belong at Motel 6. The technology for the elevators and the LED room lights are cool, but no amount of technology can justify a hotel "self-rating" of 4 STARS! I am so disappointed! I was sold a 4-STAR experience. I expected 4-STAR service. We received 2.5-STAR service and accommodations with this establishment.
The room at YOTEL is real cool. Purple lights accent the cleanliness and the beautiful wall art is mesmerizing. |Best of all is the staff is great! Yonaidis checked me in, and even though I was 3 hours early, she found me a room so I could rest up before exploring Miami! | would definitely stay here again, and recommend YOTEL to anyone visiting the area or needing a to stay the night before a cruise!
I had an amazing stay at Yotel! The location is perfect for exploring Miami, and the modern design of the hotel is stunning. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I especially loved the rooftop pool area—it’s a great spot to unwind. Martha made our dining experience unforgettable! From the moment we walked in, her warm smile and attentiveness set the tone for a wonderful meal. We cant wait to come back!
