At this location it's too much going on around you , granted that this is the MacArthur Park location so completely understandable. However, inside it's not too much going on regards to a customer's needs. I asked them to prepare my food as fresh (cook to order) I waited there for 20-25 mind as everything else happily got their orders. Upon me inquiring about my food because my name was never heard over the intercom, I get my food and everything was like it came out of the fridge . I went back up to the front and let them know the condition my food was in. They told me the cannot recook my food because they called my name several times. Here's the gag: I never even left the restaurant ????????????????????
For the fourth time, I ordered wild rice instead of the white rice. Cashier acknowledge, and when I get my food i see it's white rice. Then I look at the receipt and see "white rice". Why would cashiers acknowledge when I request i do not want white rice and want wild rice instead, and still select white rice? Are the cashiers making fun of me?
Georgina doesn't check order #s she's lazy enough not to check them. So simple. I came to pick up an order and it's being sitting there for 12 minutes. Hopefully they give me new ones.
I waited 45 minutes inside, and no one took my order. Everyone was busy talking with each other even security Officer was too busy watching movies in his phone
This my local yoshinoya they have in room dining and restrooms and they have there own parking lot . And they have a drive through. The downside of this Location is anytime after 6pm they only have one cashier doing multiple task as the following working the drive through and the people that walk in and that same one person is also bagging the food. To much work for 1 person everyone that walks in has to wait about 10min to place there order
Don't go here. Small portions, awful people in this area. Homeless everywhere, even in the place. It's dirty and not worth it. Food is barely edible. I want my money and my time back.
I love this place but not this location! The manager is super rude and you can tell she hates her job and is very power hungry. Don't let me get started with that fat overweight Security Guard. I just got out of work so I'm dirty and I came in hungry and immediately he tried to turn me away because he called me a bum with no money which is not true, I'm a hard worker and my job gets me dirty. I tried to ask for corporate number and the manager was like "I'm corporate get out of my store and find a shower" not going to lie guys I left with tears in my eyes. I have never been disrespected like that in my life!
If you want to pay with Applepay at drive through, they ask you to give them your iPhone. I don’t really like to give my iPhone to somebody.
