I ordered a large beef bowl and the team working there gave me the food of the worst quality. The meat was few and tasted like scrap and the rice was too liquidly. The Tokyo fried chicken was not cooked or chewable. Never go to this location, they are scammers.
The manager Sandra & the lady at the register Emely are by far the best. This location serves the best portions & it’s just a 10/10.

In the mood for the regular chicken bowl but requested xtra veggies instead of rice and got them. Food was hot and on point. It seems to be a brand new store but it was a little dirty. Jose provided fast and friendly service.
Very stingy with their portions all around. Food looks like it was pulled out of the trash. Messy. A portion of the ceiling is always leaking some water. Inside smells like urine all day. Tables are always sticky and nasty. Need i say more? The only good thing is that cashiers are always kind.
Just had the new XL bowl. I can't get enough.
This location it one of my favorites, usually fast service and the cashiers seem nice.
I recommend the teriyaki chicken with extra teriyaki sauce, yes you can ask for extra sauce. Do it.
Very stingy with the ginger they give you mostly rice little bit of chicken and beef. I now buy extra meat when I didn't have to before. Noticing this in many locations

I ordered 2 regular combos, I didn’t look at my food before I left, but when I got home I was disappointed at the way my food was presented in the container, called the restaurant and was asked to bring it back. Once I got there I asked would they eat food that was given to them like I was, they told me yes, I then said it looks like slop. I was asked did I want my money back or another plate. Another plate was what I got. Poor service I’m very disappointed and this is not the first time I experienced this. It only happens at night time because a bunch of teenagers work at night. They need to be monitored at night
