the cashiers have always been polite and patient the few times I have visited. Food was tasty. Restrooms require a keypad code to enter. They've started offering chicken which I happen to enjoy.
Service was great, everyone seemed to be on top of their duties despite how late it was. It was nearly closing time. The place was clean and put together and the soda machine looked kept up with. I had stopped coming but after the service, quickness and satisfactory attitude I will stop making a drive to other yoshinoya. Keep in mind this location is approximately 4 blocks from my house.
Costumer service sucks …. I used to go to this Yoshinoya before .. but their costumer service is one of the worst …. Now the clam chowders is garbage…. It’s just water with chopped potatoes and synthetic clam ..it’s garbage they do this in order to save money and they don’t care about the costumer .. yoshinoya’s clam chowder used to be one of the best clam chowders in the game if not the best …. So people stay away from this Yoshinoya location in van nuys poor costumer service and the clam chowder is garbage

Every time I come here ... I order the same thing and they get it wrong Every time!
And I was the only customer in the store ???? I didn't think assembly line kitchens are that difficult. When you are just assembling on to a plate
It's sad they get paid 20 a hour when cooks who have to make items from scratch and to order in other restaurants get paid minimum wage and they still do a better job then this place
Seriously, people who work there have an attitude problem . I ordered a large bowl, and I saw I only got 1 ginger 1 red pepper condiments, so I asked for more, and the person who seemed so miserable told me I couldn't get more it's just 1 condiments per order so I ask I'll pay for the extra condiments and he also said no . I mean, yoshinoa is getting stingy . I have no problems with other locations, but I work is closed by this location .
They served us raw chicken. Be careful when you order here and maybe forego online ordering since you cannot check it yourself. Unsanitary.
