The classic Yoshinoya experience a newer restaurant that looks like it was recently opened. Employees are friendly. Food is very tasty as always.
I ordered an extra large combo meal and was surprised that the sweet glaze you guys use was fairly sweet. That glaze overwhelmed the product. It tasted more like a dessert. I was not impressed. Do you offer a more savory salty glaze that fits the actual product?
I went into the drive thru and order my food. I was told to wait in front and waited about 15 minutes to get my food. When I got home to eat the Tokyo fried chicken wasn’t even chicken. It was burnt and only pieces of the fried breading there was no chicken inside
I always see a huge line for this place and decided to stop by when the line was short. This was my first and last time I will ever eat here.
I drove up not knowing what to expect. As soon as I pulled up to order, I was met with pure rudeness. I ordered two bowls, a cup of clam chowder and spring rolls.
After I got home, I opened the bag and the spring rolls were missing. The food is mediocre and I would never spend this amount of money for a bad experience.
The management really should focus on customer service as it is lacking at this place. I actually left in a bad mood and I never allow people to ruin my mood in such a way.
Hopefully they will get it together as this area needs something different like this as it's mostly burger places.
First time eating the Japanese food here and i have to say it was "okay." If you have no other place to go to, go here but there are wayyyy better japanese fast food places. I got a Regular Habanero Chicken bowl with fried rice. I paid an extra 50 cents for the fried rice and it was HORRIBLE. It was extremely clumpy and gummy. I couldn't see a grain of rice, it was all just clumped up together (see picture). I had bad luck with the fried rice because my husband's white rice came out just fine. Mine sucked! Yuck. The chicken was okay, it had 50% fat which is what made it okay. Overall okay. Customer service, meh. Paid $15.17 after tax for two regular bowls. Won't be coming here again unless there are desperate measures.
How do you run out of chicken and beef. Also whoever is st the drive thru needs training I sat at the ordering screen for almost 10min and he never acknowledged me. But I could hear him talking about something his friend does. Personal conversation so I finally pulled up to the window and he asked what I wanted took my card then came back to the window and asked me again what I wanted then said we are out of chicken and beef like W. T. F.
This place fell off completely. We waited about 5 mins to order then waited 20 mins to get our food. Plates wete half empty which at thus point I'm glad because I believe we got food poisoning from this food this was all we ate yesterday and we woke up sick thus morning. Noodles were spur tasting.
I had a deal from my Yoshinoya App for 2 large bowls for $16.00. I ordered a beef and teriyaki chicken with rice & veggies. I noticed there was a spoon full of beef on top of alot of rice. The chicken bowl looked decent. The service was good , but the beef bowl needs more beef to make the meal worth it. ????
