Very dirty outside, homeless left the food, bad service, especially manager, you asked her why they like to waste customer time can’t do 2 coupons (no one is waiting drive thru and inside) and she just answered like AI robot again and again, cashier slow motion and everyone look like I owed them million dollars!!! The combo is tiny small in this branch my god!
Served me burnt gyoza, fountain drink machine was broken but price was still the same for bottled drinks. No prices on bowls so it’s sticker shock once you get the price.
Horrible Service the Manager a female is horrible trying to rush you as you order. She is very rude the energy in there sucks !! the tables are always soo dirty. the food has no flavor avoid this location. employees all suck.
I get good service here and usually the drive thru works just 1 time I went recently and they had a sign up saying “cash only” which I understand I just went inside no big deal. cashiers are always friendly and give off good vibes, food is fresh and good quality.
I usually enjoy my experience here, but today 8/2/24 things were not good. I went thru drive thru placed my order went to the window Paid. When i checked my receipt I had a missing item so i informed them. The lady that took over said "ok wait, give me the receipt, Iam going to repeat the order to you" I tell her yes its still missing, I i didn't know how my receipt order should look. She then says I will need to park, then says its ok just this time I will add the plate. She charges me. Once i get my order Iam checking and she is rushing me away and says everything is there dont worry its all there. So I come home and I have missing items. I ordered the XL it did not come with the veggies, my clam chowder did not have crackers or spoon. The clam chowder tastes awful it was soo watered down, with no flavor and no actual chowder. I am being nice in my description the experience was awful.
We have ordered through Door Dash several times, When we get out items we don't get any sides that we have requested or sauces that are requested/said to come with the items. example: order egg rolls: Don't expect to get a dipping sauce with it.
And when you call, it just rings and rings no one ever picks up on the night shift.

Didn't like the drive thru AI helping. All I wanted was a bowl of chicken & broccoli and didn't understand me so it gave me something else. Drive thru cashier wasn't to friendly. Won't go there again.
I used to love Yoshinoya. But the quality has gone waaay down. The chicken was stale and the veggies, served separately in styrofoam container, was soggy & old. For decades as a teacher, down the street I would eat there because the good was hot and meal items tasted fresh. After retirement I did not mind waiting in line in my car because thebfood was worth it. Not any more. I know times are tight, but if I give you real hard earned money, I should get real quality food. Sayonara.
