Placed a mobile order and the app said it was ready but once I got there the old lady a cash register told me it wasn't ready. Then when I got my food and asked for more condiments lady said there was a limit of five even though I have two large plates.
I ordered from here yesterday. The person who took my order asked if we had brown rice. The Hispanic older lady quickly said YES without even checking. When I got home, I had white rice covered in Teriyaki sauce and the 2nd plate was WHITE rice. I can not have white rice because of a medical condition. After eating what I thought was brown rice I quickly got sick.
Like, I know these folks didn't serve me what they wanted me to have after ordering specifically what I asked for, JUST because they ran out. This is NOT cool. I will be taking my food back today. If they said they didn't have any brown rice, I would've ordered different. But to give me something I didn't ask for JUST to make another dollar is WRONG. QUIT PLAYING with Customers HEALTH!!!
I asked for a side of the beef only by itself and the conveniently added a bunch of rice with out me asking for it and expected me to stay quiet. About it .
I honestly never leave a review for anything but now I feel happy enough to say that they have an awesome staff Martin, Mirna, and the cook have great customer service, I usually mobile order and it is always ready when I get there! Just when getting in there they make you feel welcomed never gotten any rudeness or vibe from them
I am so glad that they help me out my buss was two stops away and I asked themnit could hurry it up because I needed to get there on time and they happy helped me out
Had to delete a previous bad review where I was given, not an XL portion on my plates. But anyway, the last 3 times I've been here, not only was I given the proper portion on the XL plates I paid for, but the staff was super friendly and professional.
Rosario is amazing, very friendly and anytime I ask for example like green pepper or anything else she goes out of her way to do it. Unlike other places where you get treated like you're asking for free things.
Also, I didn't get his name, but the older gentleman in the back cooking. Thank you sir for giving me the appropriate quantity of food I'm paying 6 thank you for your hard work.
I made an order and called right away just for them to put the teriyaki sauce on the side and the cashier said it was too late that they make the food within the minute. So I couldnt ask for them to put the sauce on the side. Makes no sense. When I am in person they never take 1 minute to make the food. Lack of customer service all because they were lazy to just put the sauce on the side. Never ordering from this location again!! People need to stop being so lazy to do their jobs.
