I ordered online and store is closed for break until 10:30 pm - I’m calling no answer. Feeling hopeless to this store. If they decided to closed they can cancel my order so I can order to other store..
My beef bowl was decent. Nothing to write home about. My strawberry lycée boba tea was good. The cashier wasn't paying attention and started making the wrong drink. The cashier didn't know anything about the products, and very aggressively didn't care to.
The place was dirty and there was no one else in there for a while. Looks like they need to pay there employees more so they'll be bothered to care about where they work.
Ron looked after me well and he has Super Excellent and Friendly customer service. He welcomed me in, and I feel like he took me to 1988 when I first had my BeefBowl, here. ❤️????????????. Will definitwly come back ❤️❤️❤️
First of all, I usually comment when the food is good. I wanted to start off with the staff is really friendly. Now for the complaint:
I have been going to different yoshinoya for at least 20+ years. I was excited when the XL option existed, now I don't have to pay for extra protein that I typically do. The picture was my XL combo bowl from that place and it is more of a representation of a large bowl. They were stingy with the portions. On top of that, they forgot to put my veggies. The quality of food is okay. I also added the receipt so that the manager knows which staff work that day.
I wouldn't have had to write this except I saw the two people before me get their orders wrong also. Hopefully, the staff would be better trained for the next customers. Sadly, I will overshoot this site and go to the next yoshinoya.
It was excellent , my service was very great. The gentleman Ron greeted me good as I was ordering and waiting for my order.
His service was %100 . I recommend this yoshinoya location.
There was a minor issue with the sauce and noodles on the XL combo, but Ron was helpful and quick to resolve the issue asap. The atmosphere is chill inside.
They open at 10 am now instead of 9 am. Hopefully they'll change back!
