On 7/16/2024 at 10:51:13 AM, I placed an order to go at Yoshinoya restaurant; store 1265 - Hollywood on 6238 Santa Monica Blvd in Los Angeles, CA 90038. for a Combo XL with Gyudon Beef, Teriyaki Chicken, Vegetables and White Rice with Udon Noddles. When I returned back to my job to eat my food from Yoshinoya I opened my plate bowl and they did not served my XL bowl and looked like a regular bowl instead, they also did not add the white rice I ordered but instead the full noddles.
This order was unacceptable! and would like to request a refund.

The service was bad, a lady was rude and straight up, not nice. Second, I asked for a special of 2 bowls for $12, which was outside their window. She said there wasn't any special, and instead, it was 2 bowls for $15.99, and she kept talking in a rude way. My next complaint would be the food. She only gave me one option for the type of meat, ignored me, and that's all, including giving me spices that were left open or empty. I ordered a 10 piece gyoza, and they were just cold and hard without any sauce, which they are supposed to include since they are part of the order. I do not recommend that at all this place is the worst.
Horrible service. They have you standing in line for a long time dont even acknowledge your presence. They will take your order whenever theyd like. Attitude and entitlement is to be expected when you eat here. The horrible customer service starts with the restaurant manager and of course trickles down to all the other employees. Never coming here again
Came in for a late pick up order. I didn’t really expect much since the last time I was here. It is definitely getting better. The guy in the front was very helpful and nice. The food came out in just a few minutes. Thank you to the Hispanic female in the kitchen who did a great job. Overall satisfied with the quality of the food for the price.
simple & clean just eat there, that way you are not cheated by portion and weight*! i witnessed some employees eat and feed family members that walk-in & dine-in. morning shift shame on you, sunday A.m. dec 8th 2024 what a new year?
Where to start. I ordered from this Yoshinoya online through an app. Was excited to get my food and when I got it delivered immediately told the driver this was not my order and he’s said this is what they gave me when I said your name. I ordered a beef bowl, clam chowder, a drink and a side of teriyaki sauce and I received a combo plate, gyoza, no drink and soy sauce . And let me tell you I just about barfed when I open the gyoza to ask for my refund online, like it smelled absolutely disgusting. So I called the store asking for the manager and they said they were the manager so I let them know they got my order wrong and they need to be mindful of what they are doing and dude just says file a complaint on the app ask for your refund and order again from us. I would be insane to order again from them, they got nothing right and it was a long wait time. I’m not doing that wait time again. Least I got my full refund from the app but I won’t be ordering from here again.
chicken combo.with vegetables. Rice ???? was dry and the chicken too .no flavor was disappointed cause before it used to be great. I think they changed the cook .
I love this restaurant. I miss the location in times Square NYC. So I definitely had to order when I came to cali.
