Absolute worst Yoshinoya I have ever been too, I’ve been to many Yoshinoya, I absolutely love eating Yoshinoya but this place has to be the worst one I have ever been too. The portion sizes and customer service is so bad, I strongly recommend anyone who wants Yoshinoya to NOT GO HERE! Pics will be posted. The pic I have is when I first opened my bowl, so ironic how they are concerned of environment with all the cardboard paper material packaging and wooden spoons yet the FOOD and customer service is soooooooo bad! Not even exaggerating, this place is an absolute waste of money I DO NOT recommend ANYONE to come eat here.
Being a old manager from this company, I still like to enjoy every now and then. The quality is down . Everything was old rice cold and dry, sauce was like gel, it wasn't pourable jelly thick as well as the soup. Like thick gravy. Unpourable .warm not hot 2 for 12 was bust, scimpy on the chicken... Won't be back
My kids are the ones who like to come here so I let them rate it. The customers service is pleasant, the restrooms were clean, music is ok, and the food good. Reasonably priced for $10 two large bowls.
It's been a year since the same individuals from a year ago who seem to never been trained in the hospitality aspect of customer service are still retained and so is thier inhospitable, aloof, impersonable, indifferent mannerisms , this and given that it took almost a year to repair the door from car accident ... is top quality assurance is neither a priority nor is it an interest to the Franchisee?. Is 'Obliviousness to service standards' - anarcho individualism, protected under DEI agenda? Nothing makes sense about Yoshinoya anymore, is it on its last leg? At the price of normal meals might as well be treated with professional courtesy and have a feast at Panda Express.
Food not suitable for human consumption. Please don't sacrifice your health. Mc Donald is 100 times better and healthier than this .
food is decent. sadly the brown rice was overcooked and basically turned to mush when i went to eat it at my office. staff weren't really nice but more busy but they were helpful and the location is new and clean. unlike other yoshinoya locations this one served up the food pretty quickly and other than the mushy brown rice, overall it wasn't bad. HINT: check your mailbox for junk mail flyers for really good coupons
Careful when ordering via the Yoshinoya App. I picked up my order and it looked like someone picked at it and was old. When i ask the manager if i could have a fresh one made she told me to go f myself and to talk to corporate. i walked out leaving my entire order behind. No food, out $40, and left feeling insulted. Rose who is the manager had the worst attitude and zero customer service skills. The cashier Stacey tried to fix the issue but was stopped by her manager. Give Stacey the management position. She is more willing to help but clearly had her hands tied by a manager who had a horrible attitude.
Ordered through the app and got it delivered 10 mins before scheduled time. Food was good (Original beef and orange chicken), but not great. Sizes were good as well (regular Bowl) - one bowl is enough for one meal. Can’t complain.
