I needed brown rice mixed with udon, but I was given white rice. Also, I didn't get any cutlery in the bag. I had to eat with my fingers like an Indian.
The quantity and quality food has gone downhill. I got the large beef bowl. Skimpy on the meat portion and tasted very watered down. The food didn't taste as good as it used to. It's been a while since I've been to this location, and just didn't realize it has gotten worse. The inside looks a lot nicer now.
If I could leave zero stars, I would. There is a worker here named Paisol, who usually works the night shift. He is somehow simultaneously the rudest and hollowest person I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with. He lacks any social skill whatsoever and always seems irritated if you aren't processing at his speed. His presence makes the entire experience unpleasant and robotic. I don't think I've ever had a more negative experience anywhere else. I avoid coming here as much as possible just to avoid him. Also, reading through other reviews, it seems like quite a few people feel exactly the same way. I hope this establishment actually does something about this.
No condiments given or offered. It was take out, so now I am eating it with no ginger. Veggies were bland and chicken slightly burnt. Not a fan of the robot that took the order or the cashier who took my money and not offer condiments or just put some in the bag on the drive thru. Just terribly disappointing
I get it it’s late, but one of the workers just wanted to see my name on the phone to confirm the order. He handed me my food and I asked for ginger and he didn’t even acknowledge me. He just closed the window on me. Some other worker opened the window and asked if I needed anything and he was actually nice. It was a slim pale guy. I got my food at like 1- 1:10AM
Please fire the guy who are working at 1:30am!! Super rude, no smile, hanging the food with his face turning the other way. He didn’t even say thank you. Staring at people with cold eye. I believe he got problems mentally. Only 3-4 pieces of beef and it supposed to have onions with it, but it doesn’t have it. Super dry.
Great fast food chain for quick beef bowl. The atmosphere is clean and workers were nice and respectful. FYI, download the Yoshinoya app in your ios or android device and sign up for an account. You can get a small bowl for free with a purchase of a drink. 3 stars only because after I ate the food it mess up my stomach.
Everyone is so harsh on this restaurant. I grew up on Yoshinoya and I’m happy this location still exists after all these years. It closes at 3am and offers relatively healthier food options at an affordable price.
