I came here once about two years ago, the food was not good and never came again. I decided to give it a try again. The worker accommodated my needs due to blood sugar issues and my food was delicious and satisfying.
I did an order online once I got to my house the chicken and the beef was not cooked cooked well she’s waiting on it. Are you done and I have been calling the store with no answer
I believe Customer Service determines whether the business (in this case, Yoshinoya) will thrive or receive low review ratings from customers.
I have loved Yoshinoya since 1994 when I discovered it. I was surrounded by this brand until we moved out of Los Angeles. Now, it is a treat to find a store. You'll just have to be weary of the reviews.
I observed while in this location. Employees were chatting with one another and when I walked in, I was not greeted, no one looked at me in the eyes... basically... I was ignored. I was looking up at the menu board when this guy asked, "how can I help you?"
I gave him my order: the COMBO XL, both BEEF. That person did not look at me, not a single time. There was no validation of my order.
I waited, standing 8ft away from the counter... for a good 10-12minutes, I believe. My order was done. The guy did not call it out... for the first time, he looked at me and motioned with the bagged dinner that I can now pick it up... without a smile, not even a thank you for patronizing their store.
*Sigh* It feels like your favorite food has been hijacked by poor service. I can say so because I worked at one national food chain while in college, and we were acutely trained in customer service for successful retention of patrons.
I pray the owner/franchisee of this location re-train it's personnel.
The shift manager Nalia was extremely rude. I can’t believe how uncomfortable she made me feel. She spoke really loud to me and acted as if she didn’t want to even take my order. She told me get your receipt in a mean way as if she didn’t want to hand it to me. Literally he machine is made for the employees to grab and give the receipt. I even tried to make friendly Conversation to brighten up her day. She just brushed me off and continued to be rude. I love you, Yoshinoya, but I don’t think I will be coming back to this one.
This is my first time at this location. It's on Vineyard Ave. Near the 10fwy. The customer service was okay. The large beef bowl was okay. The dining room could be a cleaner by wiping down tables and chairs. The floor had soy sauce spills that a customer could slip on. The workers seemed more interested in themselves than the customers. I just give 2.5 stars.
Portions is on a small side and filled up with chunks of onions which I don’t remember being served like this in any other locations. Side of udon barely any. Just compare my other Yoshinoya reviews.
Hoorrible food and service at night. Seems like an Indian restaurant who dont bother about business at night. Its written 12 am they closed , but after 10 you go there will get worst food and mostly youll hear no from them as they dont wanna cook.
Never buying from this place which was on of good food place nearby .
I am a big fan of Yoshinoya Beef Bowl in general but this store was disappointing. They messed up my order, I asked for no rice, veggies instead. They gave me rice. The beef was good but I got unwanted rice. Hope management learns to customize reasonable requests properly in future.
