Best WLM Reviews
First time eating at Yoshinoya in the states after having only eaten it in Japan. My expectations were tempered given what I’ve heard about American locations. Overall the gyudon still disappointed. The beef tasted good, but was on the dry side. Plus, the rice wasn’t even cooked correctly…it was a bit hard.
The store has its main entrance blockaded with couple chairs. Only access is thru one corner door. It’s definitely not a family friendly place. I got a large beef bowl to go. When I got home and opened the plastic bag, there was a pool of beef bowl juice in the bag but not in the container with the food. It was like they spooned the juice over the closed container. Maybe this is how the management gets back at customers who complain about unsafe public fire access.
Never thinkin of coming back to this location. I highly think they are stingy for the customer and care more of profit than satisfying the customer. I asked why they are servicing less chicken and rice; they said that it’s recommended in the bowl
I order but I went to another location order the same thing and I got more for what I was paying for this time(left bowl). Highly expensive for what I paid for $9 for a bowl for less chicken and rice(right bowl). It’s not the first time this happen although another incident where they serve me steak that didn’t taste anything like steak it was diversion of what they were selling. Waste of my money and time to find out that I got played to think that they were serving me the recommended serving exactly the same at other locations. In conclusion if you want to dine in or take out at this location I would recommend that you look at the serving size for what you are paying for because they care more of profit and not the customer.
I hate to do a bad review but it’s too many instances I’ve let pass by with this location. The place somehow is always dirty, the cashiers constantly ignore/avoid you, & orders come out wrong. There’s other yoshinoyas that remind me to use my QR code to scan for points & always ask if I want condiments before I go… this place doesn’t have friendly service. I specifically ordered teriyaki chicken- I got teriyaki steak? Somehow got blamed for their mistake.. I hate wasting food & rather not argue. If you go here just order thru the app and avoid their customer service.. plus parking always sucks here.
It was 9:30 AM and doors were locked. Eventually when the doors opened, the store manager said, if I made a complaint, she would not take my order and threatened to call the cops.
Inside the resturant smells worst than toilet. I went to use the restroom but after smelling the kitchen I walked right back out. I don’t need to taste the food I’m sure it’s shoooot.
Had to write a review because this particular location is pretty extraordinary. It's not the nicest part of town, and the parking is tough, but I was blown away when I walked in. The place was spotless (important in the time of Covid), and the staff was amazingly courteous and super efficient. The food was ready in about 2 minutes, and it was pretty good, too.
Stuff like that makes me want to write a review.
I just came in order two combs and she gave me my total I gave her 100 Bill she she toss it to me and said I don't have change of 100bill I don't have a lot money . I paid with my card. Then I asked her if I could have them in two different bags, and she made a comment to the cooks, and they laughed, and one of the cooks looked at me and quickly looked at the screen . Bad customers, people like Gladys make me not want to come back to this place . Do guys just hire people without checking the way they treat customers
