I ordered something small edamame and udon noodles. The edamame was not fresh sooo dry and chewy ...you could tell they were old. I went back to get fresh ones and the lady took it from me and throw them to the point they feel on the floor. She was soo rude ????. Did not even apologize for giving me old food . Like really and then to throw is is so uncomfortable and unprofessional.
She did give me fresh ones but after she cleaned the mess she said ( it was not the lady that took my order... she was really nice and friendly... ) I came in at 4:18pm.
Delicious food at good prices and very tasty.
Gets busy on meal hours. Food took 30 minutes÷ to be served. Need more kitchen staff. Food is good as usual and added more to their menu.
When they are busy, expect slow service and smaller than usual portions.
As always love Yoshi!!! I have to say that their teriyaki servings are really getting small. But I live getting those coupons every two weeks...
Pleasure to have ordered pickup, the employees were kind and acknowledged me by name and got my order out in time - I will without a doubt return soon, the ribeye and Udon noodles are a mound of ambrosia. God Bless
I visited the store's drive-thru on 7/2/24 around 2:30 PM. I was dissatisfied with the AI assistance; my order was incorrect, and the overall experience was unpleasant. The lady at the window appeared stressed and unfriendly. It's disheartening to see this level of service replacing human interactions.
I order 2 xl chicken with rice , chicken all burned cold the ends were all hard harly chicken in it it had alot skin with alot of teriyaki sauce also sauce was cold JUST DISAPPOINTED I WOULDN'T EAT THERE AGAIN
All time best I've ever had from this store, and I've eaten here for over 20 years. Beef was melt in your mouth and the chicken had a charbroiled flavor. I also ordered the veggie spring rolls and they were absolutely delicious & comparable to a quality restaurant! They were crisp and hot with a delicious garlic type of flavor. This has now become a new craving for me I absolutely recommend! For some reason on this day the ATM machine was down but I had enough cash and the staff told me at the ordering menu warning me so I wasn't at all inconvenienced. ????????
