I’ve been a loyal customer of this Yoshinoya for over 10 years, mostly using the drive-thru, and I’ve always enjoyed the food. However, my recent experience with the manager, Ofelia, was very disappointing. She refused to let me use the restroom unless I purchased something first, even after I explained that I was planning to buy a meal as I always do.
This kind of treatment felt unnecessary and unwelcoming, especially for a long-time customer. Unfortunately, despite the good food, this experience has left me reconsidering whether I’ll return to this location.
Wow! Highly recommend coming here for the best customer service experience I have ever had. From the warm welcome as you walk in feeling like you are right at home to the patience of the staff when I placed my order and then to top it off when I asked for condiments I did not get the what, if, and, or but here. The staff was very generous in providing the necessary amount for the many plates I purchased. Will definitely return to this place because this took me back when human kindness existed and the humbleness of this staff just put the cherry on top to this whole experience. It made our food taste even better then expected which we could tell was made with passion and love which is the key ingredients to the best tasting YOSHINOYA WE HAVE EVER HAD!!! Thank you all!!!
I’ll pass next time. Food wasn’t good and the service wasn’t either and they forgot our sauces.
I can finally give this place a decent review. After visiting this location multiple times, I can say they have replaced most of the staff. In this case for the better, huge improvement in guest service and quicker service. Once at the window, they greet and thank you. When asking for sauces or ginger, they are not stingy at all, they will pile it in your bag and you have plenty to share.
The employee at the window was nice and professional and gave me plenty of ginger as requested. This Yoshinoya is great because it is one of the few left that has a drive thru. The new Jalapeno Yuzu sauce is pretty bomb as well.
This was by far the worst Yoshinoya I have ever had
The beef bowl was mostly large pieces of onion and the little beef that it did have was old and very mushy possibly old or over cooked
Went to the drive thru have been going for years this location has been declining for so long. I ordered a large beef bowl with veggies and barely got five pieces of meat and the rest was onions. Is it worth it ? I don’t think so.
I was really hungry and I love Yoshinoya. I stopped in and was greeted warmly by all the staff. The guy at the register was really kind when taking my order. The day I had wasnt the best and the kindness here was amazing. The environment was really fun. I enjoyed the music playing :) and the restaurant was so clean. The staff was even mopping when I was there. Such a great experience. Ill be back again for my beef bowl with extra beef juice. Thanks for the great experience.
