Hello Yoshinoya Management,
I’m going to cut right to the chase with my review. Attached are images for your review. KAYLA P as the recipe states and I was helped by a woman. She was rude & cannot hear apparently. I placed my order at the menu board then got to window she said they couldn’t hear me what did we order I said it again. I collected receipt in which it showed VEGGIES. I simply nicely told her I didn’t want veggies she rudely took it back. Order came back to me I took it home didn’t check it as I just got off work. I get home the veggies are just scrapped off my plate and the side of chicken I ordered was unbelievably shortly portioned for $5.59? What kinda of service is that? First I thought it was weird I wanted the teriyaki ribeye and she told me sorry we ran out we don’t have anymore steak. You need to make this right because that’s unacceptable.
Coming here straight after visiting Japan, I can definitely see how they americanized this chain. Had to order the gyudon, and flavors definitely were similar as to the chains back in Japan.
The rice was more dry though, but can be solved by ordering extra beef broth. Of course it can't completely replicate Japan's version, with the raw egg and green onions, but it's better than nothing and hope they open more locations in other states.
Best tasting food if you never tried it looks werid but so delicious I love I live in Sacramento it's hard to find this there and you definitely won't find it in the East coast not the best area but still very good
Coupons are definitely a reason why I continue to eat here. Food is not bad but some days it is not up to standards. Wait can go up to +15mins on busy days. On occasions, they sometimes didn't have enough change for my cash and made me wait or gave them to me in coin rolls. Atmosphere is good and the staff are nice to me
I’m here waiting for the service 10’ because I had to called my son to confirm his order and the girl take she left the station to take drive thru didn’t come back.
When I or Drive thru they couldn’t heard me well I have to go inside every time, If I get my order done right that’s the lucky day, I got switched with another customer (just 2 customers in the restaurant) no sauce, wrong meat, vegetables ((we ordered no vegetables)…. you didn’t train your employees?
I hadn't been to this location in over a year. They have since updated the decor but didn't bother to invest any money into making the order process or pick up process more efficient. If anything, they made it worse.
I'm honestly fed up with this location! I don't who's the manger here but they're doing a horrible job training there employees on giving the right orders. I love Yoshinoya but every time I come here there's always a 75% chance they're going to mess up my order. TODAY was the last straw I ordered a combo XL and they forgot to add the veggies! It's always the same story I honest had enough It's ridiculous!!
Yesterday on 10/6/24, I drove all the way here from work (I work in Huntington Beach area) to buy food for my boyfriend and I. I had a coupon that says $14.99 for two XL combo and a side of gyoza dumplings for an extra $2.99. The cashier, Angelo, was friendly and he got my food ready in less than 5 minutes. I overheard one male kitchen worker communicating effectively with Angelo to get the food ready out as fast as they can. I'm surprised I didn't have to wait so long! The food came out fresh and clean and the gyoza dumplings are to die for! I'll come here again from time to time. Also, shout out to that kitchen worker for communicating like a leader. To the manager/owner, please give him a raise if you can.
