Just had my order brought home by my family . And realized my plate is more rice than anything else . So I called the store to complain about my order the manager tells me that they weigh the meat and that it was accurate. But I explained that I have to plates of the same order and one have a noticeably amount less than the other instead of trying to help she decided to try and argue with me about it . Not that I wanted anything back but was letting them know about the issue. Worst location every staff needs to be retrained immediately
I walk in at 9:05pm. "It's gonna be 10 minutes for the rice." OK. No problem. 5 minutes later. "Are you guys gonna take my order." "Yes, I can take your order, but we don't have chicken." Gtfoh! They were hoping I would just walk out because of their laziness! Pathetic! Won't be coming back!
Just wanted to satisfy my desire for thinly sliced marinated beef over rice (gyudon). I ended up ordering gyudon without the don… if that makes sense. So the combo XL allows you to order 2 proteins and says it is 50% more than the regular combo. This combo XL costs $12. Since it came out just made the proteins were delicious. As usual the reheated frozen veggies were soft and soggy. I skipped rice since sometimes they come mushy. Make sure to add the salted ginger slices as condiments. I also ordered boba drink at the end for $4. It is okay for boba made at a yoshinoya. There is plenty of parking on the lot in front of store.
I love Yoshinoya, I have for 30 years, but this location consistently gets my order wrong. If you order to go, online, or via the app, TRIPLE CHECK your order.
Are you kidding me this place is not what it used to be. I paid $8 for a beef bowl it's smaller hardly any meat whatsoever. I used to pay $10 for the big plate their prices are crazy never again plus the food no way.
Moved to upland and got coupons to try this place was around ($15)! Walked in there thinking it was a set dish but it turns out you get to pick your rice, meats, and side dish! Jaimie was so helpful and walked us through everything we could get. Thanks for being so patient with us :) dinning area and kitchen were very clean and staff was super nice. Will be coming back.
Found a small hair on my dumpling and the service was not great at all . The cashier only apologized and stated that she would bring it up to them which makes no sense and the attitude that was given through the employees was absolutely unprofessional. This use to be a good place to go but not anymore.
Food was OK but not perfect my chicken was burn and hard to bite for the same Reason, love this restaurant just not who ever cooks at this location. Or the service. Hint smile
