Usually don’t go here because the food has not been great, decided to give them another try. Boy, this sealed the deal to never go back. I asked for veggies, got nothing but cabbage, 1 carrot and 1 cauliflower! :( What a huge disappointment. The cashier in the drive-thru was super friendly. Their order taker is AI, not a fan of that either.
Haven't been here in a while. Drove from by the 15 fwy to try this new drink. Almost $5 and can't get a full cup? No special request on ice mind you. Smh
disgusting , absolutly dosgusting . My co worker told me to go there . Order XL Combo protein . After i recive my plate i said" is this beef ?? they said yes. I told them this is not beef, this is something else. I ask them if they can change it .( Very nicely ) They said it is shreded beef . I think they did not see beef before in their life . I will put 2 picture . Make your own decision.
I order Combo xl protein . they gave me somthing they consider it is a shredet beef , That is nothing to do with beef. I ask them to change it . They said that is a shredet beef . You make your own decition . i am going to load a photo. Disgusting Absolutly disgusting.
Food was great, poor customer service. Workers too busy with their conversation with each other than with the customer.
I ordered an extra large
Combo of double original beef which was delicious like always. I added a side of spicy soy beans. They were dried & shriveled inside. I also ordered a side of Tokyo fried chicken which was fried way to long. They were hard & dry. The vegetables were steamed good except all cabbage, 2 slices carrots & 1 tiny piece of broccoli.
Dirty, disgusting food. The drive through is hazardous for cars. I found hair in their food. Just deplorable. I felt very sick after eating their combo. I still feel very nauseated and I have a headache.
Certain employees close earlier then time posted. Wastes time and gas.
Also, I ordered on Postmates and got a side of sweet chili shrimp and 2 XL Combos of orange chicken and more sweet chili shrimp. It looks like they ran out of the sauce, because all we got were fried chicken and shrimp. Oh, and I got a side of veggies instead of shrimp. Very Unprofessional and very dissatisfied.
