Worst service ever. If this is the best they can do they should probably just close. I ordered for delivery an XL combo bowl with vegetables and some other side items with a drink. [mainly they missed the beef juice, there was very little beef and the rice was dry. What I got was maybe 89 per cent of what I ordered. I will never order from this this location ever again!
young lady named Guadalupe H took my order and automatically looked like she did not want to be there. If that’s the case then please don’t. She had an attitude the whole time I was present and took my order incorrectly and when I politely asked her to correct it she rolled her eyes and scuffed. Again if you don’t like being in the customer service industry then don’t work there and provide the worst service to begin with. Do better.
I’ve gone twice and the first cashier was this emo woman she looked like she didn’t want to be there. I decided to go again shortly after and it was another older woman, same thing! What is wrong with the employees? At least try to look a little more enthusiastic ???? they don’t even greet you and you tell them to have a good day and they ignore you. Look for better employees.
The manager was a stereotype and aloud someone to use multiple coupond's in the same order,if your making someone manager make sure they qualify *respectfully
???????????? Yoshinoya is awesome. I just had the steak tips bowl ???? with noodles and veggies and the quality of meat was superb and the flavor just great. I would warn that although the teriyaki chicken is obviously not processed it's a little scary in its authenticity, would prefer less gristle but omfg the steak????also have tried the spring rolls which are crispy light delicious. The mega bonus is the happy dance music they play????it makes for a great dining experience. If there is an error just speak up????????????
Ordered a beef bowl a beef bowl way ahead of time, I get there and it’s not ready. I wait ten minutes and they gave me my order and I left. I get back, open up my order, and it came with no rice. Worst lunch ever. Should’ve checked my order at the store but I was in a rush.
Every time I come here the cashier Jessica M always has an attitude and she just rolls her eyes while you’re trying to redeem your coupon.
Honestly the food is great but the service has a little bit to work on. It's not hard to read instructions on the orders. Twice we have came here and every time they get it wrong. I asked for no sauce on the salmon bowl I would get and twice they always put it on. I asked for brown rice and provided white rice. I get that it gets busy but just taking a little bit of time to read the request would make this place better.
