I usually have lunch here on a weekend. Not so many people at noon there. There Thai boba tea is great, I also like their combo which incudes beef and chicken and rice.
Don't make a big mistake! Ordered salmon with brown rice and vegetables. You have to repeat a few times what you want. Super small portion. Food doesn't taste at all. All tastes from teriyaki sauce. That's why I asked for extra teriyaki sauce and been informed it's another money for little sauce. Service ZERO...
Ordered on Uber eats and the chicken was cold, no teriyaki sauce on my meat even tho it’s called teriyaki steak and the meat also had lots and lots of charcoal residue. The soda they gave us was super warm. The avocado that we paid extra for was disgusting. I advise not to order here period because as someone who also worked in a fast food environment I would not serve this period. Feel bad for the cashiers/order takers and front house people who hand out food like this putting trust into their cooks. They should also learn though to double check instead of trusting cooks who just set up the business for failure.
I came here because it’s close to my house but honestly I’d rather go to a further one because the workers are extremely rude …one time my card didn’t go through for the whole amount and I didn’t have cash on me so I asked for a refund and just wanted my food canceled so I could go get cash and the girl working there said Why did you come here if you didn’t have money?? I was like excuse me ?? Ya I was very shocked to hear that …very bad customer service …please don’t go to this location stupid people with no customer service work here…
Well, I'm not a fan of this place but my parents love their... Food? Though I wouldn't call it that.. Extra dry egg rolls, subpar rice and soggy vegetables.. Yet people like it.. I don't get it
Same food quality (good) but in a smaller container. What bothered me is that they charged extra for sauce
Food was good however cannot say the same about the customer service, the girl at the register named desiree, was giving my boyfriend and I some attitude making us feel pressure to order quickly. She was doing the same to a lady ordering in front of me and poor lady kept getting interrupted, desiree basically was like what do you want? Can u like tell me exactly and making us and other customers rush to order... Maybe she was having a bad day but made us feel unwanted here.
Ordered a “XL Combo” with grilled steak and teriyaki chicken as proteins. ($11.39). It was my first time eating here and it was disappointing. Meat had a raw smell (like eggs)
