Don’t go to this restaurant
First time there
Owner didn’t have eye contact
Didn’t ask me “white rice or brown rice” when I order Extra Large beef and chicken plus veggies
After I read board. I asked “may I have brown rice?”
Poker face said: “it’s already made.”
I’ll not return.
Oh the chicken pieces were so dry and over fried.
Not happy
As I walked to this classic Japanese franchise, I was hoping for a better then McDs experience. I was greeted with a gentlemen. He seems very impatient to all the customers including me. Might be a bad day.
“The rice are still Very good!”
Eddie was great during our visit. Courteous, friendly. Made our meal enjoyable. Clean tidy excellent location. Food was great chicken was not dry. Food presentation was great too! Thanks Eddie for making that day a good day.
This is the only one in my area the food is good always hot, good service employees are nice.
The foods were great but the employee should show more attention and respect towards customers who picking up their orders
Food is good. But did not receive original beef with my food. As I Had ordered. I received original beef fat. "Where's the beef?!" Very disappointing. Will not be going to this particular place again.
Very small portion at this location other have bigger portions than here.
