This place was the best yoshinoya I had in like ten years!! The place was packed with people which is a good sign and the two combos I got were on point! Wasn't too bland and not too salty, just the perfect amount of spice yum. Then I asked for condiments and the brother hooked it up with them gingers, just the best kinda service if you ask me! Hands down the best yoshinoya in the valley!!
The employee up front says that they are backed up in the kitchen even though there is not an otder on the screen. As I got here at the restaurant, the cook at the back just made his order for customer and went on his break. The lady up front says it wont be about 10-15 minutes before they could take our orders. She just need to send her cook to break. Very very low customer service and how they treat there customer. Overall rating for this restaurant is “0”.
The Asian meatballs were very disappointing. I think they are a limited-time item and I couldn't be happier. The meatballs were small, hard, and overcooked. I wasn't a fan of the sauce either. This location is next to a Starbucks so trying to get parking and get out of your parking space is an issue due to the Starbucks drive-thru. The restaurant was clean and their staff was friendly. The beef bowl was wonderful.
Excessively long wait times. Employees blasting music over store music already playing. Nobody could hear anything. The smell of chemicals...Smells like someone plugged in 10 glade plug-ins.
I came here twice for boba drink on Saturday (12pm on Jul15 and 2 weeks later at 10am on July 29) and both 2 times they didn't have any boba pearl, only tea. They said the boba not delivery yet. They need to improve or to do something, this mistake seems like they don't want to solve and just ignore it.
I reccomend people don't order boba here if you don't want disappointment, the others food are still okay though.
Supposed close at 10 pm but around 9 pm they said we don’t have enough food. So basically don’t want cook, Really but service with the staff
First time going to this location, the service was a lot faster, they were very generous with the condiments and they had a great attitude. Although I did hear while waiting that multiple coupons aren’t allowed there, compared to a location nearby, I had a much better experience here (especially on wait times and parking)
Service was good but the food portion is very small. We did combo with 2 protein, hardly any beef or vegetables but tons of rice on the bottom.
