We love their food, it's very tasty and seems quite fresh. We normally do a takeaway from here, and it's convenient for its parking spaces outside.
We've rarely seen anyone eating in the restaurant, it has more of a fast food vibes than a sit in restaurant.
The staff there is very often a little unfriendly though, a smile goes a very long way guys with your customers. I promise.
Went to this location on a Friday morning, wanted to order a large bowl with Xtra meat, the guy behind the counter was rude . He acted like I didn't know what I was talking about didn't even greet me as a customer. So I just said forget it and walked out.
It’s my second time coming here, but this time I had good experience. The lady at the cashier was professional and the food was hot and fresh. I ordered the Hanabi mix plate. It’s fire! Big props to the cooks because everything was on point.
The dining area was good enough for me to sit down and eat.
I came for the food and the food was fire so it gets 5 stars!
This is an immaculate fast efficient Yoshinoyas for years. I don't know how they keep it so clean and the food is always great! Staff is always efficient and nice and it's NIT an easy job
Fast service,good efficient employees. There's usually a bum sleeping by the door or on the sidewalk.... everything is fine except for the paper/cardboard bowls they use. The rice sticks all over the bowl also the bowl leeches a cardboard flavor into the food if you let it sit. I don't know if they use the cardboard for the soup still but that's a really stupid corporate idea. The first and last time I had it the soup had paper taste to it.
Been coming here for a long time, unfortunately the food lost it's flavor and they play music like it's a late 90s disco club. Staff loud laughing and messing around with the homeless. I rather go to the Santa Monica location
Not coming back to this Yoshinoya. I was in the middle of eating when I found this strand of hair in my plate. Very disappointed considering that it's the closest Yoshinoya to where I live. And not to mention customer service is not the best either.
The female customer service rep was bad vibes, very impatient and rude although there were no customers ! Not customer service , The food was however good but I still won’t be going back .
