I’d like to start off by stating that I really am not one to go complian, ever, but I am severely disappointed with my experience here today. As a former fast food employee I can be the first to understand the struggle, so I make sure to be polite and always say my please and Thank you’s. The drive thru employee was beyond miserable being at work, from the minute I heard his voice over the intercoms I knew it wasn’t going to a good experience. No greeting not one smile , not once offered me any sauces, when I requested the soy sauce and chili the annoyance was splattered all over his face. Moving on to the food portioning never in my 28 years of life have I been skimped by a Yoshinoya the way this location just did. The amount of rice is ridiculous and for this being a bowl where you can get both proteins.. I got 4 pieces of chicken. Definetly won’t be back and don’t recommend to anyone else that loves Yoshinoya.
I order 2 chicken bowl one with brown rice and the other one with white rice.
The drive thru rep we are out of brown rice ,I said K but they put 8oz of rice and 4pc in reality only 2 of 4 pcs chicken and vegetables (overcooked) insane how they want to charge so much rice! Called him Oscar and explained to him and I took it back and I specifically said no sauce on my original order bc it's too sweet. I have pictures of the nightmare experience.
Nice workers but the food came out literally in 3 mins right so I'm like cool fast service .....but it was fast bc it was all nasty greasy and burnt
I ordered the combo xl with 2 items only got beef and the vegetable cup was half full with brown and rotten vegetables!
This place looks nice but the food they are servicing unacceptable. I got a large chicken bowl and it barely had any chicken or rice. I went to ask if I could get a normal serving. He said that’s the normal amount and he was right next to the general manager. Who said nothing. Take a look for yourself
Had ordered for my 30 minutes lunch yet not utensils or napkins provided. Cant even eat my lunch.
Me and my mother drove about 15 min here when we got home our wings were really dry and over cooked. I called the store they told me i was welcome to go back and get another set of wings. 15 min drive yeah i dont think so.
Don't cry ???? later, avoid this location i bought 3 combo bowls and putting all 3 together you will get 1 single normal combo bowl my plate was almost empty an apparently im not the first person i wish i can get my money back never never recommended this location
