This used to be my go-to spot, but recently it has been downright awful. The beef portions have shrunk so much that you get more onion than meat (see picture). To make things worse, the onions aren't thoroughly cooked—you can tell by their color, as they are still very white. The sauce was overflowing, making the bag sticky and messy. Overall, it was a bad experience. I’d recommend avoiding this place.
Got my food to go. Got all the way home. No veggies. I called the store. They said they would make it up to me the next time I went in. I went in one week later. They only offered to give me the missing veggies. The meat and rice without the veggies is not good and vice versa. I going to contact corporate with this issue. I have the receipt and name's of everyone involved.
Food had Cold Parts like they heated it in a Microwave, i asked for 2 combo bowls one was missing the vegetables the beef tasted dry and cold NEVER AGAIN AT THIS LOCATION
They have good food here, good employees, but the corporate practice of setting their Boba machine to automatically dispense with half ice is not good. The picture taken was after 10min of me sucking on ice. Not a good value in their Boba. Too much ice!????????????????????????
I don't know what was going on with them today but service was awful! We waited in the drive thru line for over 45min. I would have gotten out of line if there hadn't been cars behind me. Felt like they were making/cooking one order at a time. Finally got my order, came home only to realize the food portions they gave us was like a kid meal. I don't know if they were trying to compensate for the small portions, but they gave what seems like two handfuls of condiments. Very disappointed.

Local Yoshinoya spot we come too. Food comes out quick & hot so it’s always good to us. Sometimes it can be packed around lunch time but there’s always a place to sit.
This place isn't stingy with the condiments. They ask you which ones would you like. Not how many would you like. She hooked it up with 6 Soy Sauce packets and 4 Ginger packets. For 2 Large Bowls.
