Ordered the Japanese fried chicken to go . Chicken is all burnt and they obviously knows that and still packed it up for customers!
Food and service was good, for a fast food type restaurant. The dining area is spartan and dated, but reasonably clean. I prefer the teriyaki chicken had the chicken and salmon combo. This is the first time I saw that they had salmon and it was okay.
Would give them 0 stars if I could. I don't typically leave negative reviews, but I was so disappointed with my experience.
We waited about 30 minutes for our order (we were the only people in the restaurant). No name or order number was called, we had to ask and they already had it sitting on the mobile order area. We look at our food and it was the most unappetizing thing I'd ever seen. I've ordered from the DeSoto location (which is fantastic btw) and their quality is through the roof. THIS place on the other hand...the Tokyo chicken was burnt, and the habanero grilled chicken literally looked like they chewed it and spit it out onto the container. It's looked DISGUSTING.
We politely went to the counter and let the person know that the food did not look okay. She stared at us and was like "what do u want me to do about it?" The attitude and lack of care was awful. We asked if we could just get refunded so we could leave. Turns out, this person was a MANAGER. No apologies, no attempt to have it remade, nothing.
The manager looked miserable, was rude, and the food looked unappetizing and inedible. Absolutely DO NOT recommend this location. Absolutely nothing redeeming about it
GO TO THE DE SOTO LOCATION. they are friendlier, fast, and the food quality is perfect.
I visited this place for a dine-in experience, and while the food was satisfactory, I encountered an issue with the staff's demeanor. They displayed a lack of enthusiasm and appeared reluctant to provide service. Additionally, I was surprised when I requested to use the restroom to wash my hands before eating, and I was informed that the restroom was reserved for employees only. This policy seems unhygienic and inconvenient for customers.
Getting your food is always slow at this location. I think they under staff besides that never had a complain about the food. Everything always comes out so good!
Was worried about the reviews as I haven't been to Yoshinoya in like ten years or more, but it was the same great taste and quick service I remember growing up with.
People are nice enough and they take EBT and are open late but more often than not like mine times out of ten service takes wayyyyyyyy I mean way to damn long like I'm sorry but zero.excuse long it's way crazy they have like only geriatric employees on night shift it's dumb AF
Something that I did find interesting is that they are overcharging customers. I don't think it's intentional but I think there might be something wrong with their payment system if you look at the receipt the prices don't add up
