I'm not sure if this was a fluke but my ramen came out barely warm and almost room temperature. It had the potential to be good but I'll never know.
I probably should have sent it back or literally asked them to microwave it but the server was like nonexistent and my water never got refilled either lol. It's okay I won't be coming back and wouldn't recommend this either.
It's hard to really review the food past that but the price tag is kind of high too.... I just recently went to shin sen gumi on Monday where the ramen is 9.50 so this bowl being twice the price just makes it kind of sad.

Just came in with the family right away the customer service was just the best the server was really polite on point with everything and always made sure we had everything we needed. Coming back for sure with more of my family letting everyone know the super welcoming and delicious food there is here.
I want to hear a few weeks ago and I feel like the food was pretty good but definitely not amazing. I would give it a solid 7 out of 10. The food here definitely was not my complaint though. My complaint was actually the service. I went here on a weeknight where it was not super busy yet the server barely came around. There was two adults and two children sitting at my table. I ordered two kids meals and two regular bowls of ramen. By the time the food came out both kids meals came out and then one of the bowl of ramen. The server never seemed to question the fact that she only brought out three dishes for a table of four people. I sat and waited for quite some time thinking maybe my ball was just a little slower and after everyone at my table was nearly halfway done with their food I had to wave down the server and ask about my dish. Instead of just admitting that they completely forgot my order they brushed me off and said oh it would be coming right out. I had to watch every table around me get their bowls of ramen after that before I even got mine. By the time I was done eating my family had been sitting and waiting for me and when the bill came they actually charged me for 5 dishes instead of the four. They ended up double-charging me for my specific bowl of ramen as if I ordered it twice. I was very annoyed at this point and asked for my refund on the extra ball that I was charged for. Unfortunately for me there was no manager that night and so they could not refund my card that they had already charged at that point. So they ended up just giving me cash for the one bowl that they overcharged me for. Honestly that was my mistake for not looking at the bill first. We had been sitting there for so long already and had to ask for the check that when the server came without even looking at the bill I just handed her my card. Now I know better for the next time I go here that I have to double-check and possibly have them repeat my order. As I stated before it was not the food that was a problem here it was more of the service. I am definitely willing to give them a try again and hopefully we'll be able to update my review :-)
It was really good I had the TONKOTSU SPICY BLACK Ramen oh man it was good and spicy lol but flavorful. As had egg roll for appetizer and also got real Sushi called Crunchy roll that was really good to each roll was big. All was super good but sadly one crucial thing they didn't have was Ice for the drinks. Not even cold water just room temp water which sucked was little pricey. Besides the water everything was good I'll come again
Soup is too greasy/oily, leaves you feeling not so good after. The noodles have a similar taste of (Top-Ramen).
The sauces aren't good, they taste slimy oily and watery.
Pork Chasu is a bit too salty.
Grilled Gyoza's are puny, & almost tasteless.
The amount of positive reviews certainly did not match the reality of eating here.
The service was good, although I kept being addressed as "boss" which I didn't like...must be a Gen Z thing.
The Spicy Black Tonkotsu Ramen was PERFECTION! Broth was decadent, creamy, and spicyyy. Love that they dudn't skimp on the bamboo shoots, which are my fave. And perfectly jammy soft boiled eggs!!
I would skip on the appetizers though, the beef plate was so little and full of just carrots && onions -- not worth. The takoyaki was obviously made from frozen ones, which is fine.
Go here for the Ramen & the vibes. I would def be back but just not for the apps.
Was able to experience a clean and respectful environment by the staff. The staff is always present and if need they have bilingual speaking staff. Every time that I visit this restaurant, the food is well prepared and on time.Loving this place!

This is pretty much the average tonkotsu experience in Socal. A tonkotsu base with black garlic oil, spicy miso, or both in this case. This bowl does have quite a decent amount of toppings tho ????
