This place is incredibly dirty. There was a thick layer of dirt around every single air vent and grime on at least one wall (Didn't want to keep looking around after that). The person who took the order and scooped the rice/carrots "cleaned" her hand by sticking it in the chemical bucket with the table rag.
Food was... edible? Chicken was dry. Don't recommend.
I previously had a bad experience here and returned to give them another chance. They accommodated me well and I enjoyed my return visit completely. They have earned back their 5 stars. Give this place another chance if you had any bad experience, things are going great and looking clean / tasting great.
We were quite disappointed. The lady was quite friendly, but the food was average. This score was given due to the lady kept running her hand on her nose, she obviously needed a tissue.
It wasn't a great look that they're a restaurant.
The carrots were way over cooked, broccoli not cooked enough. The rice was nice.
The terryaki chicken was dry.
I like that it’s a locally owned business, instead of another chain fast food place. The food is fresh and much healthier than all the fried food everywhere else.
ALWAYS a wonderful meal. Had hibachi steak today. Prices are very affordable. Scrumptious sushi. Lunch and dinner specials.
I was left speechless today at how rude the lady at the cash register was for absolutely no reason at all. I came to read reviews thinking that maybe she was just having a bad day, but her hatefulness seems to be par for the course. I’ve never left a bad review before, but she spoke to me like I was a complete idiot. There were 3 people other than myself in the restaurant so they weren’t overly busy. When I said I was there to pick up a to go order, instead of asking my name she stated, hatefully, “I have more than one to go order”. Then proceeded to point to 2 bags on the counter and let me know rudely that “these are all to go orders”. I gave her my name and she pulled my order from somewhere behind her, dropped it on the counter and said, again hatefully, “this one is yours”. I left a tip, which was absolutely not earned, picked up my food and left completely baffled by this persons tone with a customer. I preach to my kids that it’s not what you say it’s how you say it, someone needs to teach her that too.
“These are all to go orders, could I please have your name?”
“Thank you for your order, this one is yours”
Simple. Simple. Simple.
I actually didn’t get a thank you at all, but if you see this you’re welcome for your tip.
The food is good. Owner wife was very rude she has no personality at all. I tip accordingly how I was treated. I definitely won't come back there anymore.
Very pricey 55 bucks for 3 meals!!!!! Not sure I can afford that! Very good food !!!
