Kano Cafe is a Solid place to stop and get some pho. It was spicy and Definitely full of flavor. Our order was served to us very quickly. The staff was very kind and courteous towards myself and my family and were very attentive. The wings were cooked perfectly and the sauce they coated them with was tangy and delicious. They are in the old Yoshi building and have some work to do as far as making the building their own, but everything was still very clean and organized. But the food for sure is top notch. Definitely one of the best in Temple for Vietnamese cuisine. I would highly recommend this place for a large family dinner or even just a quick bite to eat. I will definitely be bringing my family back here
We didn’t really know what to expect when walking in but let me say what they lack in atmosphere they made up for in with the food! Absolutely delicious pho! That broth is perfect, and she explained how to eat it authentically by dipping the beef in a mixture of sauces and lime. The portion sizes were huge and everything was so fresh, even at 8pm on a Friday night. My daughter had the lo mein which was also fresh!
The food was absolutely amazing. I got the beef bento box and the beef was the most tender. I have eaten flavor was absolutely delicious.

The staff were very friendly and efficient.
The interior wasn’t anything special. The place was clean and in order.
The food was just so-so.
We had appetizers;
Shrimp Tempura - Lightly Battered Shrimp Deep Fried! They were a little limp or soggy. They had a good taste.
Crab Rangoon- Crab and Cream Cheese in a Fried Wonton! Crispy and flavorful.

4 pieces California Roll, Ginger Salad, Fried Dumplings, and Rice.
Grilled steak was flavorful but tough!

Overall it was OK but I don’t need to come back.
My 2nd time ordering from here. I get the house special pho and it is amazing! It's a big serving and well worth the money. I ordered today, and wasted my broth in the car. I also forgot to place an order for 2, so I went back in to ask for the extra order and another broth. They were so laid back and understanding. He told me he wouldn't charge me for the extra broth. It was my fault completely so that really made my day. I also had a great conversation with a great guy while waiting. It was a very warm experience, I just had to leave a review. I found my new Pho place!
An amzing place to eat or to talk with a friend. The food is amazing and they are open again.
