Best WLM Reviews

First time here from AZ and had the most horrible service ever! The service was super slow from the start to the end. My party and I (9 people) got here right when they opened which was at 11am and nobody sat us down until about 15mins later. After being sat we waited a good 30 minutes before someone came to take our order. We didn’t say anything and wanted to give them the benefit of doubt since they just opened. We all ordered water and notice that was taking awhile to come out. We were looking around and they were people who came in after us who already got their food. I started to get upset since we had to wait hours for food to came out to the point where the boiling water pot was almost empty. When the food came out the order got confusing and it that was a big mess too. We got there at 11am and didn’t leave until 2:30pm. Overall, it was a bad experience, horrible customer experience, quality wasn’t great, and price was expensive. I’m not the one who usually complains but customers deserve to be warned.
My first Shabu Shabu experience overall was good. I wasn’t sure what is the best experience.
There are multiple servers in this place but only one lady was walking around to explain it was quite a wait, they placed the ingredients she had to turn around to explain and take orders I wish all the servers actively helped in all the work.
You need to select a base, protein and the sides are included which will be rice, sauces and veggies. The veggies weren’t really fresh they were cut and kept I assume.
The flavors were great we took half of miso and half creamy chicken we really enjoyed the flavors if you needed something the servers to forever
I wish it was a little more organized and there was severs designated rather than haphazardly.
Brenda was AMAZING! Everyone was on top of things! Food was the best as always. Brenda went beyond to get me the dessert I wanted. Will def be bk!
Brenda was our waitress today! She did amazing from checking up on us , helping us learn the food , and working hard at all tables while still keeping attention to everyone !!! Five stars for me!!
I must say, this Shabu Shabu restaurant is undoubtedly the worst I've ever experienced in my life. I strongly advise against going there.
The setting is incredibly disappointing, deviating far from what one would expect from an authentic Shabu Shabu experience.
Moreover, the quality of the seafood is subpar, to say the least.
The most unacceptable aspect, however, is the rice—it's excessively dry, making it an unsuitable accompaniment for Shabu Shabu dining. In summary, it's best to steer clear of this restaurant!
The food here is amazing, but the service is exceptional. Went here to eat with a few friends and decided to have a birthday party with 30+ of friends and family. Kaleb handled everything with ease and made us all feel at home. Thanks so much for making everything special, Kaleb!
Used to come here often but after moving across town we haven’t been in a while. Decided to drive over for our 7 year wedding anniversary and proceeded to have the worst experience I’ve possibly ever had at a restaurant. After seating us, we waited for a long while before someone finally came to take our order. They then told us they were out of salmon and scallops and since we don’t eat beef we had to order the veggie plate. They did not include pumpkin in the veggie plate (and didn’t even tell us they had it) so basically we just had cabbage, mushrooms, broccoli, tofu and carrots. The servers were unapologetic, inattentive, ignored us and then had the nerve to auto gratuity our 2 person meal (which they said is standard practice.) Our anniversary dinner that I was very much looking forward to was ruined and I won’t be visiting here or recommending it ever again. Do better.
No room decor; no service; no taste.
The worst dine in experience ever.
Mandatory 18% tips.
5 frozen tiny peeled shrimp $7.5.
Said unlimited vegetable $7.5/ person, a plate including 4 slices of cabbage in iPhone size and two carrot slices and one inch tube of tofu and one inch tube of mushroom. That’s it. However, When we asked for an extra plate, we waited until asking for the check. Then check came first with the server reluctantly bringing the veggie.
