Ordered chicken and steak no onions, broccoli and mushrooms and fried rice. Surprise surprise when I get home I got broccoli and mushrooms in my food with NO STEAK and half cooked rice. First and last time coming here I'll spend it at benihana.
The only reason this restaurant is getting 1 star is because the broccoli was well steamed. This $19 plate of food served in cheap Styrofoam was absolutely horrible. Chicken was too dry, rice overcooked, and maybe two large shrimp cut up into pieces for them to call the dish shrimp fried rice. Horrible, don’t eat there!!!!!
I ordered food when I got home I smelled something the onions was spoiled and the rice was like stuck like slime but it was from the onions being spoiled . I thought it was something in my house. My daughter food had nets in her tray this is my second time ordering from here and my food been trash. smh I will never go back to this location I’ll stick to the one on Kelly.
Terrible customer service the women that took the order (wrong order) over the phone was extremely short with me and had an attitude that I asked for my meal to be corrected. Also they charge 4% interest if you aren’t paying with cash.
The food is so bland, flavorless and dry. The cost of a meal compared to the disgusting taste is shocking. The chicken was dry, the broccoli was extremely over cooked, the whole meal lacked any flavor. The steak that is used is terrible quality and lacking any flavor. The entire order seemed to be made with no care or love.
Very disappointed. This overpriced 30.00 seafood noodle plate not very appetizing. The picture speaks volumes. Side note if you do not pay cash they charge an additional 4% on a card. Do not waste your time or money.
So I was pissed I it’s just white rice topped with microwaved chicken and broccoli. NOT EVEN SEASONED! I paid for extra sauce didn’t receive it. Jokes on me I realized I should’ve checked these reviews first.
Go anywhere else…
I can't think of ONE reason why an employee HAS to be on there phone as a guest is walking in. Put the phone down. Lift your head up. Give eye contact. Give a pleasant happy greeting. This is the HOSPITALITY industry, it's in the NAME!!!! Just food for thought.
