The outside isn't much to look at. However, the money was put to where it counts. Other than the bathrooms, the inside looks nice with a good amount of space! The hibachi was nice, and I loved that it had steak. Don't get me wrong, it is not top-tier steak, but it was still a food choice to have, and I have been to more buffets that the food you get is cold, which makes me lose my appetite. However, it was either hot or warm closer to the hot side. If you are in the area, it is worth eating here if you like buffets. My family and I loved it and got full fast. Just keep in mind there is no changing table in the restrooms.
The bad reviews are a joke. But the service and food was anything but that! Friendly staff, our waitress was on her A game refilled our cups without us having to ask or wait, took our plates quickly after we were done. They had the best bacon wrapped shrimp i've had at a buffet crispy on both sides! Yummy crab rangoons and the sushi was fresh and delicious! Definitely will be back!
Really great food, all around. Can’t beat the price either. Server was friendly and came over often to refill waters. No complaints at all. Probably the best chinese buffet I’ve been to. The steak was surprisingly good.
All the bad reviews from the place have to be from broke, indecent, and miserable people.
I’m very picking about food and this place is great. Definitely will be back next time I’m in town.
Upon arrival at the restaurant, I was discriminated against because I have a Trained Certified Psychiatric Service Dog. My dog is required to ensure I'm able to partake in activities out in the community. I rely on my service animal the same way a blind person would rely on theirs. The manager immediately questioned me as to the validity of my dog being a service animal. From there, I was escorted into an overflow room, and the waitress directed me to be seated at the 1st table inside the doorway. Before I could even consider having a seat, the manager immediately exclaimed no and further directed me to the very back of the empty room. He proceeded to state that I could sit there, but my service dog was not permitted outside that room until I was preparing to leave.
Please note that my dog is trained, and I have never experienced any issues either with her or anywhere we've gone. There were very few customers, to begin with, and I certainly know how to handle my service dog in any and all situations.
Taking all of the negative aspects into consideration. I chose not to spend my money in this establishment and never will. I will, however, let people know the type of discrimination that is taking place.
Thanks to the managers' actions, I had a psychotic episode, which is precisely why I have a trained certified service animal to help avoid such mental health problems.
I wholeheartedly feel that everyone who has an understanding of mental illness and service animals should completely avoid this restaurant.

The waitress was standing in front of us leaning on the wall, waiting for us to fill out the tip section, we already paid and my spouse was still eating. She was rushing us and bugging us about it. Made us very uncomfortable. We were gonna tip but after that, we didn’t.
I have been going to the York Buffet for over a decade. Food is always good and most importantly the place is clean. Service is very friendly and welcoming, always with a smile. I wish that more restaurants would have servers with the pleasant demeanor of these people.
Prices are fair and food is good. I love the grill, they cook the food you give them and it tastes so fresh. It’s clean and staff are nice. Me and my family enjoyed the food and service. They do push you out a little when it’s closing time.
Food was OK. Super unclean experience, hairs everywhere, couldn't even drink water because of DIRT in my water, and the spoon CAME DIRTY. Absolutely disgusting. The workers never acknowledge you, my friend was sitting there continuously asking worker, after workers, for a refill on her drink and none of them even payed attention to her. Food is mushy and it taste like your at a retirement home. If you have no taste buds this is your place to go! Don’t think I will ever be coming back.
