Best WLM Reviews

This place is a GEM! Great food and the BEST vibes! If you are in the area make a point of stopping for breakfast or lunch. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is warm, clean and inviting. We stopped first to grab burgers to-go and we had such a warm and genuinely welcome experience that we were back for breakfast the next day. The kindness and southern hospitality of the owners is off the charts amazing. The homemade cake is really special, don’t skip it. And the biscuits are the best I’ve ever eaten! Thank you Deana and Darla for the warmth and delicious food. Our family visited while fleeing hurricane Milton. We returned safely with our home intact and months later I’m still thinking this memorable encounter! Can’t wait to visit again.
Lady at the register was super nice and friendly. The food was yummy! I got cheeseburger with frots (half fries half tots) love you can half it up sidewise. Got some ranch n honey mustard for dipping. Veggies get put on the side so you can add them to your burger how u like. My man got a cheeseburger add egg and bacon. Everything was cooked perfect and tasted amazing!
Yonah Burger is a must-visit spot after conquering the Yonah mountain summit. A group of five of us stopped here for lunch. Opting for the Cheese Burger Delux with fries and drinks, we eagerly anticipated tasting the renowned Yonah burger—until we encountered the French fries, which were overly salty. Upon voicing our concern, the staff promptly replaced them with a less salty batch. Aside from that hiccup, the fries were delightfully crispy and flavorful. The Yonah Burger itself boasted an authentic taste that we all savored. To our surprise, the new owner emerged and apologized for the salty fries, explaining that it was the new cook's first day. Such mishaps on the first day are easily forgiven. We particularly appreciated the new owner's warmth and transparency. Learning about the rich history of Yonah Burger, established in 1968 and carried on for three generations, added an extra layer of enjoyment to our visit.
We stopped in here for lunch, all three people in our party are glad we did. We ordered one grilled chicken sandwich with onion rings, one burger with fries and one double cheeseburger with fries. The grilled chicken was one of the most flavorful chicken sandwiches and the onion rings were crisp and delicious. Both burgers were perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious asking with hot crispy crinkle fries.
The owner ended up being the one who took our order. She shared that she has been running this business since mid last year (2020). She is doing a great job from our experience.
Do yourself a favor. Stop in here and enjoy a meal.
Bad. Ordered a cheeseburger and onion rings for $15. The burger was overcooked, dry, and burnt. They also forgot the cheese so I was given a single cold american kraft single to top off the sad looking burger. Appetizing. At least the onion rings were decent.
For $15 this was extremely disappointing. For half the cost it would still be disappointing. In short, it was not good.
1st time at restaurant truly enjoyed it food was wonderful , can't wait to go back
Wonderful food and atmosphere. I’d go back just because of the hostess, Dena, even if the food wasn’t good. ( but it is good/ great burgers/fries etc) Very friendly and welcoming restaurant.
My new favorite hamburger joint in north GA and they do breakfast!
After having fun with it's name forever ("Y'wanna burger?"), we finally went here and now it will be a forever place. The burger was outstanding and unusual. It's flat all around the edge, tall, and somehow crisp on all edges and both sides and yet juicy inside. Like a smashburger, but not smashed. I can't wait to have another one next time we're in the area.
