Love love love this place! I've been going for 2 years to get my hair done. Juliana does an amazing job! She's also done my daughter and mom's hair--they have very different hair than mine, so she's great with all ages and styles. Best part: I feel like I'm family when I go in there. Everyone knows my name and seems happy to see me. So grateful to have found this place!
I absolutely love it here! My boyfriend and his dad have been getting their hair cut for yearsss and I finally got a chance to come as well. The staff is so sweet and they take time to understand what you want and get it done right. Shout out to Yoly for fixing my hair that every other place I’ve been to couldn’t! ☺️
I have been to this salon four times now. The first two times I had positive experiences. This salon is very pricey but I don’t have a problem with that if I’m getting the service. I asked for highlights and a cut. I showed Yoly the pictures and one of the pictures had red low lights. She said that she mixed the pictures to get the results I was given but they were not even close. I asked for them to fix my hair and she said that she could fix it the next day. When I arrived she was very nice and asked to see the pictures from the day before. I showed them to her again. She and her assistants prepared the color to fix the problem. Julianna who had assisted was very distant compared to the day before, but I assumed she was afraid that o was going to be rude. I was not. I felt like since they were fixing the issue it would be okay. Granted, I had paid $325 the day before and with tip it was $345. After the process was complete, I. changed out of the smock that was provided and proceeded to leave. Julianne stopped me, not Yoly the owner, and said that I would be charged an additional $50 to correct the process. I was surprised, and her very rude reaction was that I had told Yoly that I wanted “copper lowlights “ which I had not. The color was only part of the issue. It was the poor work. It looked like someone had dumped “dog poop” on the top of my hair. I’m a world where customer service is lacking, I really was giving them the chance to correct the issue. Unfortunately, the additional $50 was more important than keeping a customer. I am very disappointed and will never spend money in a business with no ethics.

I had always wanted to go here, but hadn't until this past week. I had the best experience. Everyone there was so kind and helpful. They really took their time with me. I never felt like they rushed me out. The owner, who cut my hair, was fab!!! She did such a great job! Also, loved the smell of the shampoo and conditioner that they used when they washed my hair. They styled my hair at the end- wish I could come every day for my hair to be done by them. Thank you so much!
UPDATED: I've now been to Yoly'z more times than I can count, and have always been happy. Not only do I leave with incredible hair, i level having genuinely enjoyed my time at the salon. Everyone is kind, funny, warm, engaging, thoughtful, and the experience is as valuable as the wonderful services I receive. I can't recommend Yoly'z enough!

I went to Yoly'z for the first time today, and it was wonderful! Everyone, from owner to employee, was kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I love my hair, the price was standard for the level of excellence, and I will absolutely be going back.
First time visiting Yoly, and I am beyond AMAZED!! I asked for a blended balayage and she delivered exactly what I wanted and more! Yoly and her associate Michelle were very friendly, and very educational on how to take care of my hair. Highly recommend for everyone!! Has reasonable pricing for amazing talent! I was recommended to go to Yoly’z because I wanted fun color and this was gonna be my first time. I was very nervous but Yoly was so understanding and very sweet and loving. She talked me through the process and price and it was very reasonable. I would recommend this salon to anyone. I will be coming back. I loved my hair
