Edit. I have been back a few times, and the food has gotten better since my review. I updated the star rating. If you do stop by, do so on Tuesday for their specials.
I'm super disappointed with this place lately. I live far, so I usually only visit if I'm in the area or decide to make a special trip. I picked up dinner tonight, and the orders are barely half full and have hardly any chicken. We didn't receive the condiments we asked for (who eats crab puffs without sweet & sour sauce). The prices went up a lot, which is understandable but not if the portions also go down. It's a bummer, but I don't recommend this establishment anymore. Also, check your receipt, I was charged for an extra item and had to go back to get it fixed.
Basically a Yoshinowa Japanese quick food place. The BBQ sauce is a bit too sweeter for my taste, but the teriyaki is pretty good. The Food arrives quickly. It's hot and fresh plus simple parking
We ordered the orange chicken large and it was mostly rice and the rice was under cook and hard. The orange chicken and the egg rolls taste horrible. The service was acceptable. I will not return not recommend.
Food was really good, prices comparable to Panda Express (maybe a bit pricier). I got their daily special (6.99+tax). It was Monday (pork)...tasted great, and good customer service. I would say definitely worth checking out. I will return on a teriyaki day (4.99 I believe is that special) and see how that tastes.
Okay so.. sure, it's a 4 outta 5 kind of place. HOWEVER, Tuesday is Teriyaki Tuesday, and you can get a beef or chicken combo for $5.99, and $1 more will get you extra meat.
I almost don't wanna tell you people because everyone is already figuring it out.
As you can see from my photo, even GOD likes Teriyaki Tuesday. So be careful if you pull in off of Valencia because cars pile in fast at lunch and dinner time.
Went to get yakisoba chicken for $16 I was given leftover food that looked like dogs food. Chicken tasted old, food was salty and bland. Noodles tasted old. Never again.
Im not a person who normally makes reviews, but I just had to after my awful experience. I thought I was being pranked the cashier was so rude. There was no one eating there and now I understand why. Fine, maybe she was having a bad day, the food can’t be that bad right? when I tell u the orange chicken was just tiny little chicken nuggets with some sauce thrown on it and 3 small pieces of broccoli on some hard rice. Im not a picky eater, id eat just about anything, BUT THIS WAS FOWL. One bite and I threw it out. maybe the 3 spring rolls I paid 11$ will make up for it… cold, and wet? I wouldn’t even feed my dog this. do not come here unless u want prison style food served by rude teenage girls who never said please or thank you in their life. ill stick to chopstix or even panda express lmao.
Only go here on Tuesdays for there 7.99 deal or there 9.99 beef deal. Food is pretty good. If anyone from cali this is like Yoshinoya back home but not as good but closets you will get here in Tucson. Give it a try but I would only come on Tuesday since any other day it’s like 13$ :/
