Ice Cream taste good.
Kind of high price for Ice Cream. They need to clean better inside & outside the business. Seems like the employees don't care to keep the place clean.
I was thoroughly excited to try so many flavors here when I went on May 2nd. However more than half the machines weren’t working! I was so disappointed, I hadn’t had froyo in over half a year so I was so giddy to try this place out. There was a mechanic working on some of the machines but he seemed a bit clueless, and there were no out of order signs, just blinking lights on the machines. I would expect they take a flavor down on the website if it’s not being offered in-store, so this was a let-down. I might try again one day but I’m afraid they won’t have the one flavor I want to try on their website.
I ended up getting the Thai tea which was okay, a bit too sweet. The Tart original is a standard and tasted good, but the chocolate could have been more rich.
I love dessert ????. I recommend this place because they have great toppings. The price is good. The place would be perfect if the employees would stay on top of cleaning the tables on the outside patio and staying on top of refilling the toppings and maybe having the floors a little more clean for presentation. This place is always busy, I get it, but if this was corrected, this would be a five-star all a cross the board for me. Perfect date night or just to get put of the house and relax.
I love frozen yogurt, and it’s a once-a-week tradition in our home. Usually, we go to Zoyo Frozen Yogurt, but this time we decided to try a new spot since we were in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, I wish we had just stuck to our go-to spot. Here's why:
We visited Yogurtland on a Wednesday night, and the place was quite busy, which was nice to see. However, there was only one employee on shift. She was really nice, but that was about the extent of the positive aspects.
First, the layout was strange. There was a glass wall dividing the seating area from where you get your yogurt. This created an awkward situation where you couldn't move back and forth to check out different flavors or see what was being offered, especially with how busy it was. The same issue applied to the toppings bar; a weird line formed, making it difficult to access the toppings freely.
Speaking of the toppings bar, it was a mess. The bananas were brown and unappetizing, the whipped cream was squirting out everywhere, nothing was labeled, and there were toppings all over the place. Someone needs to be constantly wiping and organizing to keep it presentable and sanitary.
As for the flavors, I got the cookies and cream and vanilla, while my boyfriend tried the pineapple and banana pudding. Unfortunately, both the pineapple and banana pudding tasted extremely perfumey and artificial. It was quite disappointing.
While the staff was friendly and the place was busy, the overall experience at Yogurtland in Avondale was underwhelming. The strange layout, messy toppings bar, and artificial flavors made us wish we had just gone to Zoyo Frozen Yogurt instead.

It took me 24 minutes today to watch 3 of the employees at this Avondale store fail to complete a transaction using my $5 reward and the remaining balance on a Father's Day $25 E-gift card with a $4.52 balance for $8.06 of melted yogurt. At the end of the 24 minutes with a $1.93 balance left because it would not take what it needed from the gift card I was told I could take my melted yogurt after I burned through an entire lunch break. I let them know I will never return to that store, buy another E-gift card and at this point visit a yogurtland ever again. Your cashier system is notorious for issues with rewards and anything out of the ordinary for almost 10 years. And why after 10 minutes would they not courtesy the balance and figure it out after I leave? At least then the yogurt isn't 3/4 melted and I feel like spending $1000's of dollars on a luxury food doesn't make any difference to Yogurtland or their partially trained employees. You lost 6 customers in 24 minutes, good luck with anyone else that runs into a similar issue. Sent this email to corporate 2 days ago, no response...
Wish I could give ZERO stars for service. My family just wanted a nice outing and it was completely ruined. The place was packed and the two workers kept going to the back, making customers ring the bell just to pay. TERRIBLE service and we’ll never be going back. Those teenagers need to understand the customers come first.
Delicious yogurt. Employee only came out from the back to ring us up and the next couple in had to ring the bell.
