This place is getting more and more unsanitary. They changed their name, I’m guessing because Yogurt Lab wouldn’t renew with them. There is food everywhere on the floor and mixed in with other toppings in the bins and in the yogurt machines. The staff who was refilling toppings didn’t wear any gloves and was transferring toppings from old mixed bins to the new ones. The cashier was clearly very sick with a fever and pale white and not feeling well. She kept coughing on people’s cups when giving them to them. There was yogurt all over the floor and the tables were so sticky and nasty with old stains showing signs they have not been cleaned in a long time. I love supporting local small business but some standards need to be upheld.
This place is filthy. Toppings are everywhere. On the floor, on the wall, and you take it home on your shoes since there must not be a mop for sale in all of Maple Grove. The food is okay, but there are hardly any toppings in stock, and you’re probably too grossed out to add any… after you buy your cup. The peaches were drowning in chocolate sauce, butterfinger and cookie dough chunks, I almost threw up looking at it.
PLEASE clean the store or have someone on staff ensure people aren’t creating a mess. If I ever have to come back here I’m bringing my hazmat suit with me… ????
ps: don’t let kids fly through the middle of your store on SCOOTERS… that’s just a safety hazard…
It's summer time! Cool off with cold yogurt!
First time here and it took all of 1 minute to read the instruction. Pay for a cup and then fill it up. That's it. Three options Small, Medium, Large. Then choose from a variety of over a dozen of yogurt options. Some more frozen than others.... maybe I had choosen one that had just been changed out?! Otherwise, overall, good experience. Anyway, behind the "yogurt bar" is the topping bar. Fresh fruits and other goodies that you can pack on. I'm a baked goods kind of person so... ???? I packed on the cheese cake bites, brownies and cookie dough I added some poopin boba's for coloring on the bottom ???? Lol!
Nowhere near as many options as their website claims they have. The toppings are cheap-tasting and incredibly stale. The fro-yo is good, but it's not good enough to make it worth the price. If it was the only ice cream/ice cream-adjacent establishment in the area it would be okay, but there's literally a Coldstone across the street with way better ice cream.
We were very disappointed in the overall cleanliness and the toppings. Many of the dispensers on the wall were not labeled or the labels were too worn to read. The toppings in the buffet- type table looked disgusting with cross contamination from adjacent toppings or looked like they'd been sitting out (fruit) for a very long time. There has to be a better way to display and offer these things AND to keep up on maintenance.
I hope they can literally clean up their act as it's a nice option to have in M.G.
Better than ever! They have changed from weighing your cups to set prices depending on the size chi you want. Keep in mind that you can load up on toppings and pile on the froyo way over the top of the cup!
It's pretty clean here and they seem to always have the toppings stocked. The flavors change frequently enough so it's a nice variety, but they always keep the traditional flavors going.
It's exciting to try something new! This is a fun place. The frozen yogurt is tasty. You pay for a bowl or cone which you choose to fill however you want. My sons were especially excited to try as many toppings and flavor combinations they could fit in the bowls. The staff was friendly and helpful. My one disappointment was that the cleanliness of the restaurant was not on par with the quality of the yogurt.
They do not have many toppings options, and the ones that are there are of too cheap quality. Don't spend your money here, I’m glad that we went to cold stone that's right on the corner and our experience was better there!
