It's bad, guys. We ignored reviews and tried for ourselves anyway. But we regret it. I got beef and noodles yakisoba. Noddles and rice were good. The cabbage in noodles tasted bad though, like with an after taste. The beef was so dry and no flavor. One of my kids does not like the sauce just the beef by itself like he always gets at the Yogis Grill locations. So it definitely had no flavor.
Sauce is not given in the online orders, you have to serve it on your plate or ask for small cup. So if the delivery driver does not ask for cups for some, you will not get it. So you'll have flavorless beef. First time at this location. My whole family was disappointed. Hopefully, chicken next time will be better.
Decent food at a decent price. Not sure why the sign outside said the business closes at 9 but the male cashier said that we had to eat outside at 8:05 cause they only do “take out” right now. It’s very clear they dont want to take the time to clean up after 9.
Here at outside eating at 8:25 and the cashier already flipped all the chairs and closed out register like they are closed. No wonder the horrible reviews.
I’m sure all places have good and bad days but I don’t see why this place has such a low star average. All of our food was on par with what you’d expect for fast food Japanese. We got a tofu teriyaki bowl with a side salad and side of steamed veggies (which could’ve been slightly more cooked) and then spring rolls. All for $23. A little much considering the bowl itself was $11 and maybe had $2 worth of tofu and rice. Don’t forget to add extra sauce before you leave if you get a carry out order. All in all we will probably order again.
I was very disappointed with my order. Had a to go order and when I got home my food had no sauce on it at all. Had search my home to find sauce to add to my dry flavorless food. I love the yogis grill near my job off of camelback and dysart. I keep giving the location a chance since it is near my home bt this one is slacking.
First time here and last time here always passed by looked great finally stopped by and sushi was warm (rainbow roll), spicy tuna bowl had about three avocados on it don’t need that much on it! My mom’s lunch special was tasteless no flavor! Cashier was leaned over the counter on her phone most of the time, was not very inviting at all good luck to others who go here maybe you will have better tasting food! $40 for it to go to waste!!
I completely ignored the reviews and against my better judgment... it was bad!! The meat and chicken had no flavor what so ever!! I literally had to drown my meal in teriyaki sauce and sushi was not any better I ordered crunch rolls and there was nothing crunchy about them... it was completely soggy! If you are considering this place I'd strongly suggest anything else but this place.
Very tasty and very satisfying. We have not been inside the location but we have definitely ordered take out a few times. The food is always fresh and delicious. We usually order a combination of a few things to share with the family. The teriyaki is so flavorful and filling. The rolls are freshly filled and well prepared. We always try something new each order and we haven't been let down. Only reason they are not five star is the lack of condiments that usually come along with sushi and teriyaki. I mean no wasabi and soy sauce? We will definitely be back when the craving hits.
Not only was the cashier quick, he was also very friendly and helpful. He made good recommendations on what to get, which made my visit better. The whole experience was great, thanks to their positive approach. They clearly care about their customers. The great service that this amazing cashier provides. Thank you, Ranses ☻︎
