Best WLM Reviews
This place was so nice. I really like the Staff they made it feel very cozy and homey. i really enjoyed the Katsu chicken and the tempura shrimp w the sweet and sour sauce was amazing !!
Will not go back. Food is terrible across the board. Tempura may as well be the frozen stuff you get at Costco. It is nothing but too thick breading and no taste. Chicken Katsu grainy, dry, and tasteless. Rice is thick, heavy, and clumpy. They played rap, which is not what they should at a Japanese restaurant. Service was OK, though. Too bad they have such a bad product to serve.
Great food with big portions!
I ordered the Regular Chicken Teriyaki Bowl with a medium soft drink. My order was taken in a friendly manner. This location is $1 more than the other Yogis in the Valley. The restaurant wasn't too busy for Dinner. The order did take longer than other locations I have visited. There was a noticeable wait for every order that came out. This location needs some Training on efficiency in the kitchen area. There were 2 people in front, which 1 person could've handled the orders. Having 1 person cross trained to help in the Kitchen would greatly improve efficiency.
The food was hot, fresh, and tasty! The portion size was enough for 2 people. The iced tea also hit the spot.
The lobby area was clean and organized. The drink station was clean and well stocked.
I would still recommend this location to anyone who loves rice inspired dishes.
This Yogis Grill is a really nice restaurant over here, very clean!! The staff are great! The food here is always so good!! Whether you eat out or just wanna take a moment to eat, this is a really nice place to get dinner.
Very good teriyaki chicken bowl. It's a flavor I crave and can't always get where we live in south Texas.
We've been going to this location for years, but will not be returning. The employees were LOUD the entire time, yelling to each other from the front of the restaurant to the kitchen. No one says to themselves, "Honey, let's pay to go out to eat so we can listen to obnoxious employee conversations the entire time."
I wasn't planning on sticking around, but the restaurant is clean. Ashley provided great service and while she had never had the spicy tuna roll she did tell me that lots of other people order it. I took a chance and I'm so glad that I did. I ordered the goza and a spicy tuna roll and frankly, I'm impressed. I got halfway through my meal and felt the need to post this review now before I forget. So many times we are quick to review when service or food isn't up to par, but we forget that we really should be elevating those that provide excellent service and excellent tasting food. Thank you Ashley and thank you to the rest of your staff! I'll be back!
I have been here twice now in the last 2 weeks. Great, fast low-fat option. So far i have only had chicken or steak dishes, but they also offer a large selection of sushi rolls. Good option for an easy carry out dinner or lunch if your in the area.
