Best WLM Reviews
Unfortunately yogis has been ruined for me. Poor customer service from the girls up front. Chicken was PINK and when sent back I was advised it “comes that way” as they ask if I want it well done instead. Wow glad I looked so I didn’t get SICK.
Ended up getting a refund that included rude remarks from the two girls at the front.
Awful to say the least.
Crazy this place is still open
Response to owners comment: Stop lying!! I was reaching for my mask when you started screaming at me! I put my mask on and you still were so angry for no reason! Hello! Im a customer! You should not own a business! Look at all the reviews! We are not making it up! Its you sir!!
No wonder no one is here!! Trust the reviews!!! Customer Service reflects leadership!! I will tell anyone who will listen!! Worst customer service ever!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! Food is not worth it!! Owner is rude!!! The poor employees look so afraid of him! Food is disgusting!!!!! Avoid at all cost!!!
I've been enjoying Yogis food for years- quick, tasty and wide variety of options. This particular location is clean, completed orders fast and have improved their customer service. Consistent and satisfied customer.
Haven't been here in awhile, but the portions are good and the bowls are reasonably priced. I went with the chicken bowl, add white meat and veggies. The combo was $11 with all my upgrade. Healthy and filling g.
Great food with great service! I was greeted as soon as I stepped to the counter. I ordered a Chicken Teriyaki Bowl (no scallions) with a Medium Drink for Dine In. The order arrived within 4 minutes of ordering. The Drink station was fully stocked and clean. They had pumps of Teriyaki Sauce for Dine In customers available also. The Chicken Teriyaki Bowl was hot, fresh, and tasty! I was served with 2 additional packets of Teriyaki Sauce, napkins, and a fork. The lobby was clean and well maintained. I was the only Dine In Customer, and it was after 6:00pm on a Saturday. There were a few orders for to go, while I was there. Unsure why they ask for tips, when they don't have table service, but you have the option to not tip. I would highly recommend this location for anyone who loves a great meal at a decent price.
Disappointed. Not only was there barely any sauce on my food, there weren't any sauce packs in the bag either. When I had asked how many sauces were in the bag I was told there was 4 and forks. So I paid for 2 extra sauce, get the food home, only 2 sauces, no forks, and the food was pretty much dry. Hate to see when a company starts trying to nickel and dime you rather then take care of the customer.
I called in an order for pick up. The lady was rude on the phone and carried herself ghetto. When we got there the lady said they're was no order, even though we already paid ahead of time for it, and got the name wrong. Once they found the order. The food was old not fresh. The oil used to fry to the sushi taste very old. I would not recommend going to this location.
This place is unprofessional. A girl that works there had her boyfriend there and was hugging and kissing in front of everyone.
