Our first experience at Jellystone was amazing. I won a day pass for my family and we took advantage of the beautiful October weather to go for the first time. Immediately I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness of the whole park from the buildings to the restrooms to the restaurant to the pool area. Everything was sparkling clean and so updated. Nothing was out of date or needing repair. We had lunch at the restaurant which gave generous portions for a decent price and it was very good! We were highly impressed with everything we saw and would definitely recommend Jellystone to everyone we know!
We fell in love with the location this first time we came. This is our third year to come during our kids fall break. First off all the staff are so friendly and always willing to help. The sites are beautiful and have lots of shade and make it so nice to eat and hang out outside! We had beautiful weather and it was hot enough to go to the water park and pool. During the week the water park part is closed but we got to enjoy it during the weekend! The water park and pool area are such a fun way to keep the kiddos entertained and cool off! We were able to purchase the fun pass upon arrival! The fun pass is well worth it it includes so many fun things to do and saves you money!! This is my family’s favorite Jelly stone location to visit and can’t wait to go back!!
Awesome campground. Kids loved the bounce pillow. Everything was closed during the week however. They didn’t tell us that on the website and when asked about it they said we had to read the fine print on the website. So that was a bit disappointing. But we enjoyed the golf cart and pool. Cabins had a good amount of mold in them and in the AC vents, but the ponds and overall scenery were beautiful.
My family and I celebrated my daughter birthday on a day pass. The customer service from the ladies at the front desk, to the staff in the cafe was exceptional! It was our first time at the resort so I had several questions. They were so patient and explained everything. We also rented a cabana which was very nice and well worth the money. The food was delicious and not too expensive like you would see at most resorts. There was plenty for the kids to do while I relaxed and got some much needed me time in the cabana. We definitely be back soon! I recommend this place to everyone.
What a great place to stay! Lots of activities for children. Cabin was in a great location and well kept considering how old the unit was. Perfect place to take the family, unwind, and enjoy the outdoors. The woman at the desk Saylor made check-in and out very easy. She seemed very willing to help us. Made us feel very welcomed. We will be back!
I have been to Jellystone Tyler twice this summer. Once in June and most recently 8/2 for 3 nights. In June, we stayed in the Rosa Cabin and last week were in a cabin by the fishing pond. Rosa cabin is new therefore, a bit nicer but really loved the location and furniture better in the one by the fishing pond. The pool and water park area was super clean. We spent hours there and absolutely loved it. Rented a cabana and it was well worth it to be able to get out and relax, leave our drinks and snacks in the refrigerator every day and enjoy time with our friends. Met Edward, manager. He was superb!! Went out of his way to help us. His hospitality was second to none. I saw him in multiple places around the park and he was always stepping up to help others and his staff. He was a model professionalism and oozes pride for the Jellystone organization! He’s definitely a star employee. Thank you so much for your amazing resort, East Texas southern hospitality, and an amazing getaway!! Hope to make many more trips to the Tyler location.
My family had a great time at Jellystone Tyler! The sites were so clean and we went the weekend after 4th of July so it wasn’t too packed. Food is reasonably priced but I’d still bring mostly my own food- the kitchen set up is really nice. Our family didn’t get a golf cart because we wanted to walk to get some exercise while we were there and it was so easy to still get around! We walked about 5-7 miles a day!! If you have difficulties walking or just want to take it easy, then definitely get a golf cart. The Rosa cabin we stayed in was lovely. I wish there were hooks on the walls though. It would have been nice to have a place to hang your purse, towels, etc. Overall, we had a great time and we would definitely go back!
We had an excellent experience from the beginning. From talking with Sherry to get our passes, to our lunch service. Everything was clean, everyone was friendly, and professional. My kids especially loved the water park, we basically had to drag them out. While we were leaving from our day trip, we saw them doing a trailer ride! My boys can’t wait for next time so they can ride on the tractor trailer. We will definitely be back! Thank you Sherry and the Jelly Stone staff for an amazing day trip!
