My husband & I and our elderly dog just camped here for the first time this Labor Day weekend. We had a great time! It is a beautiful campground with top notch facilities, pool, water park and activities. Our corner site in the third row was very nice, plenty roomy and easy to navigate our 5th wheel in and out of. The sites with stamped concrete and composite picnic tables, gliders and swings looked really nice and I'd love to get that next time. The cabins looked beautiful. All the staff was very friendly. Even though our grandchildren weren't with us on this trip, we enjoyed seeing all the kids having fun in the campground and pool and seeing their excitement at the costumed characters around. We really enjoyed the candy bar bingo and especially the pool and water park. They need to add more loungers as every one was taken and we had to just place our towels on the concrete. There is definitely room for more loungers around the pools, and especially with all the new construction in the lower area of the campground, they will need more loungers at the pool with even more guests. We will definitely return sometime next year with our son and his family. My constructive criticism is that they should have made the gated road coming in right in front of the store much wider as it gets very congested and kind of dangerous with vehicles coming in through that gate, golf carts, bikes and pedestrians going around the gate in such a tight area, plus all the golf carts parked right there too visiting the store, pool or other activities. Also, people on golf carts need to have their headlights on after dark. It gets very dangerous because you just can't see much in the dark with the carts quietly in the roads along with people walking around. And there needs to be a grassy area somewhere in the upper camping area to be able to walk your dog in the morning to relieve themselves. Just suggestions. We had a great time and will definitely return!
This was our first time at this at this Jellystone location. We loved our Cabin it was nice and clean and had plenty of storage options for everything which we appreciate with three kids. We loved the new pool/ splash pad area and tried to spend the minority of our time there in between the weather. Staff was amazing.
We had a great time for our Halloween stay! Plenty of activities for the kids and our cabin was very nice! It had all of the amenities you could ask for. We will definitely be back next year ????
This was the second year we stayed here and we love it. There's SO many activities for the kids. They updated the swimming pool this year so now it's more like a little Waterpark, and the pool is huge. The service is amazing and very accommodating. Super friendly staff. I highly recommend staying here if you have children. Some of the activities do cost extra money, so it can be a little bit pricey if you have a lot of children, but that's the only complaint I would have. It's so worth it though seeing how much fun the kiddos have ❤️
We had the best time with our family - 4 adults and 5 kids. The staff at the pool / water area was phenomenal, milk and cookie delivery was perfect for the littles and the golf carts were fun for all. This was our first trip to this location and it is definitely something we would like to make into a yearly tradition.
We took our grandchildren to Kozy Rest Jellystone Park this summer. We've returned to this park for several years because of their commitment to making a visit to their park such a great experience. We stayed a week in a Three Rivers Cabin and the experience has only gotten better after the park update over the off season! Staff still provides great customer service. New Ranger Station is well laid out. Bear appearances frequent. Activities outstanding. The new activity center is great. The expanded pool and waterpark was a highlight of our visit.

We've been loyal to Kozy Rest for 5 years. The park used to be great, with a fantastic activities director and staff. Things remained enjoyable even after the director left.
However, after Northgate Resorts took over, things changed. Prices increased, the staff seemed less enthusiastic, and our recent experience at check-in was awful.
We had a coupon for a free night, but the staff refused to honor it as we expected, insisting on giving us a "camp credit" instead. When I questioned this and asked for a manager, the situation escalated, with staff becoming increasingly rude and aggressive, even yelling at me to "get out."
Eventually, the general manager intervened, listened to my side of the story, and acknowledged that the staff was wrong about the coupon policy. However, no disciplinary action was taken against the employees involved.
We're disappointed that Kozy Rest is no longer the welcoming place it once was. The price increases, lackluster staff, and terrible customer service have left us feeling unwelcome and undervalued as loyal customers.
This was our first adventure getaway as a young family and Jellystone did not disappoint! The entire campground was very clean, every employee we encountered was very friendly and helpful, not to mention the activities! We purchased the Fun Pass for both kids and they LOVED seeing all the fun things they could redeem and try- excellent value in keeping them entertained! The app was perfect for updates of things going on and was especially helpful during an evening of rainy weather notifying of things closed. We were very sad to leave but already looking up our next stay!! Thanks Jellystone Park at Kozy Rest! ????
