Haven't been to the greenbiar location in awhile. Wasn't very busy. Waitress was attentive. Nobody could find sunday specials menu. Waitress pulled it up on her phone. We both order calzones. They seemed to be smaller but still tasty.
I ordered a 14” pizza. As soon as I opened the box I knew it wasn’t 14”. It tasted good, but they need to make adjustments on preparing so that it’s 14” when cooked.
My daughter recommended this place and I'm glad she did. I'm from New Jersey and it's hard to find good pizza since I've moved to Virginia. But my oh my Ynot you have made my day. I felt like I was back home. I got a slice of pizza is was crispy, thin and tasty remind me so much of the pizza up north. I also got the wings and a steak and cheese which all were delicious. Looking for something sweet, i would definitely recommend the red velvet cake. It is a bit pricey but worth every bite. Thank you Ynot for making my visit to Chesapeake one I will never forget. I will be returning when I'm in the area.
I met a group of 7 here. There was plenty of seating and it was quiet, so we were able to hear others speaking. I ordered the Eggplant Parmesan with fettuccine. It was pretty good and the serving was huge. No one complained about their meal and everything looked great. There were a few dishes for non-meat eaters,... Eggplant Parmesan or lasagna, veggie pizza, and a few seafood dishes. There's plenty of parking and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible. Service was good and the prices are decent considering how expensive everything is nowadays. I will be returning.
Very short staffed, handed us pre packaged plastic cutlery and one menu for two people, after waiting for 10 minutes. Never asked us what we wanted to drink let alone try to order something. After another five minutes , we walked out and went elsewhere.
Wow is really all I can say. This used to be one of our favorite Ynot locations. Our party was there an hour. They are extremely understaffed. Which I know is hard. Took forever to get drinks. Another 20 minutes to order. Friends of the staff must have been having a party there. People came to the bar and ordered drinks and appetizers after we did. They started getting plates upon plates of food while we had nothing. We also ordered appetizers. Two other tables walked out before us. Never before have I walked out of a restaurant until now. The dessert display, which used to be full was basically empty. I’m not sure who runs this location but it needs serious help. We walked over to Metro Diner and had an amazing experience. I can’t say anything about the food because we were not served anything.
We stopped in for an early dinner and it was lovely. The food was plentiful and it was a family friendly atmosphere. A very enjoyable visit
Forever disappointed with this location. I keep trying to give them another chance because my kids do love the pizza. I placed my order for delivery at 5:01pm. It said it would be delivered between 6:35pm and 6:45pm. By 7pm I called to check and the person on the phone took a moment to find my order and then said, “oh I didn’t even see this. We don’t have a driver, I can cancel it or you can pick it up.” I told him I ordered it two hours ago, this is ridiculous. He said so you want me to cancel?! Awful customer service and probably lying about having a delivery driver, they have done that before because they’d rather have customers pick up.
