Good Food, Service and Atmosphere! Our server was Christi B, she gave great service and good recommendations from the menu. The Lasagna was very good, home made tasting. Husband enjoyed the side of spicy Italian sausage in marinara, and deluxe pizza. They have a good variety to choose from the kids menu as well for the pickiest of eaters. They gave our son some pizza dough to play with at the table while we waited for our food, which kept him entertained the entire time. Overall a good place to eat for Italian food.
Generous portions, attentive & friendly staff. The clams and spaghetti needed a little salt and it was perfect. The lasagna was also perfect for our taste. The pizza was fresh, thin and crunchy.
YNOT is known for their great food and great customer service… However, this time I was highly disappointed with this location as the portion and quality of food (chicken piccata) was subpar… For $29 this is what I got and a stale roll… I asked for a garlic roll and she informed me that it would be extra if I wanted a garlic roll and that the entrées it just came with a standard roll.
Additionally, I had left with my food and had to turn around and go back to get utensils… Typically, when you order to go food, you would include utensils…
Service good. Wait was 30 min + at lunchtime with 2 other people in the restaurant..There must of been at least 4 cooks in the kitchen. Food was passable. Gelato we tasted just wasn't right .tasted like sugar wasn't dissolved or the eggs never added. Bought a few Italian cookies that tasted old..on that note not sure if we would return.
Went in for lunch for a slice of pizza. Menu offers speciality by the Slice for lunch. When we asked for that the trainer of our server quickly became aggressive and said we don’t do that here. I mentioned it was on the menu and she said our location doesn’t do it. Everyone in our party felt her tone and manner of reply was very abrupt and rude. It’s an electronic menu you should adjust for location. And don’t have her train anyone she was horrible. Decided right then probably finding different place to go for lunch
For some reason my take out pizza order registered at the wrong location. Normally their application is great. The cook quickly started a new pizza for me while the counter manager called the other location to cancel the other order. I went outside to wait because it smelled so good in the restaurant. About 10 minutes later a very polite young lady brought me pizza out to me. Kudos all around.
Ynot was the bomb when I first moved to area. Over the last few years things have slipped. Quality. Care. Taste. Something has gone wrong. Attached are photos of most recent failure. Pepperoni pizza. All 8 slices of pepperoni gathered somewhere on pizza. The rest just a sliding mess.

Cheesesteak was ok...
I have been coming to and ordering food from Ynot for like 5 years. The last few times I have ordered delivery they are forgetting and or not paying attention to the order, not making sure it’s complete. I ordered a $10 dinner Caesar salad along with more food to open everything to see they didn’t even add a dressing for my salad. Easy fix if I had caesar dressing in my fridge, but that’s why I ordered take out! Those little things matter!
