The food was horrible, the chicken had pink meat then the service? Disgusting. She was very disrespectful, she started insulting me, and asking my personal info. The atmosphere was a mess. It was so horrible I would give it a zero. It is very expensive. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE. Total for 4 people was 120$
the place was not that busy but the waitress we had was rude to me from the beginning, not sure what her issue was.. I didn't feel bad for not tipping caused she didn't even acknowledge us the whole time we were there and expected us to tip her. And when I didn't tip her she followed us until we excited the bldg. In her native language. Like we understood what she said. If you want a good tip.lady better get yourself to retrain Ed in the customer service dept. You are lacking interpersonal skills. Surprisingly good. For lunch buffet menu was just great. No crab legs but crispy pork, fried tilapia, beef short ribs were more than enough.
All these less-than-5 ratings come from people who don't seem to understand how open buffets work!
This is the best Chinese open buffet place I've been to in both Canada and the US (I'll admit though this is the only one I've been to in the US).
Very big selection, delicious food, and we only paid $27 for lunch for 2 people! 2 people dining all you can eat (AYCE) with a big variety of foods + dessert, now that's what I call a huuugggeeee portion!
The sushi was excellent but not much variety, so don't go there if you're only after sushi. Also, food freshness depends on how busy the place is, duh!
The experience was disappointing due to poor customer service. The waitress was extremely rude and unprofessional, which completely ruined the atmosphere. This level of service was unacceptable and has left a lasting negative impression.
Our family used to eat there often. There are two servers there, one is a taller lady who is talkative and likes to ask people for their privacy, and the other is a short lady who is very hardworking, but we always tip no matter who offered service to us. My baby is one year old. She has good eating habits and never throws away food. This time she spilled the soup. But she didn't mean it, she was just learning how to use the cup, and there was only a little bit of soup in the cup, and we apologized. The tall lady started blaming a baby, she complained with some bad words that we were making her cleaning difficult and we had to reach out to her manager. We explained to the manager and paid for the cup even though my baby didn’t break it. But the tall server intensified her verbal attacks on us. We all speak Chinese, I can fully understand the malice in her language and I am pretty sure that she did not dare to attack someone who only spoke English. She just wanted to bully Chinese. I will never go back again. I am ashamed of her.
Really a 3.5 rating. Everything was clean. The staff is friendly. The food is cooked all the way and kept fresh in the buffet. They have a large variety of food to choose from.
However, the sushi bar was not cold and there was not much selection available. The gentleman behind the bar was on his phone instead of making fresh sushi all 4 times we attempted to get some.
The Teppan bar was SAD. Most of the food was browned and dried. Clearly nobody has eaten that today.
We went at 6:00 on a Saturday night. There were 8 other occupied tables so it was busy enough to stay for buffet since it's a smallish place.
It is clean food is okay. Their hope is that customer will feed quick in 16 minutes and leave. So if you will stay for longer than 16 minutes. Be prepared. They become panicky probably will run out of food and they can come in outburst and tell you to leave for being there too long. So I was here on my birthday and the Vietnamese family owners came to tell me off how I was long only 15 minutes and wanted me to pay and leave immediately. I came 1.03 o'clock and by 2 pm they were doing this to me. So you will decide the singing is Spanish music in the background. Not many customers but now you see the reason. Vietnamese buffete where not many Asians live desperate for business
