So I've been going back and forth to this office since September 2024. They told me I had 8 cavities, none of which I could see or feel and none of them were bothering me. They gave me fillings in each of the teeth, however the filling in my top left canine keeps FALLING OUT! This is now the third time this filling has come out. Not just a piece but the whole thing leaving a large hole that cause excruciating pain when I eat drink or breath to deeply. Imagine a filling falling out not once but 3 times! Everytime while I was brushing my teeth. For clarity I dont brush hard and have a soft bristled brush for my sensitive gums. Also when I originally scheduled my appointment it was for an extraction for a broken tooth that they still haven't removed! Never going back.
The staff are awesome. They keep me informed during my visit.
I saw Theresa and Dr. Ivanvi (I might have spelled the last name wrong. Sorry) today. They were really nice and eased my anxiety.
Dr. Dee and Theresa were so sweet and took extra steps to make sure i was comfortable and got the proper care that I needed. They did not rush at all and made sure I was not in any pain. I really appreciate them for that. Thank you.
I’m new here, a friend recommended me to visit yes dental. Good service at the front desk when I checked in & filled out my paperwork . Around a 30 min wait for call. The doctor and her assistant were both great. The office is nice and clean. I would come back again & recommend to others.
The customer service in this place is amazing! Everyone is so kind and patient and they seem to truly strive to know their patients! My first appointment went very smooth. I didn't anticipate the wait but honestly, I wasn't frustrated because they energy was so great. I was seen about 30 minutes after my schedualed time. Dr. Dee is super cool and I'll definitely be going back!
I sat in this dentist for about 3 hours and still haven’t been seen. When they called me back in the room after an hour, they took my x-rays and I sat there for about an additional 2 hours without anyone seeing me or even saying thank you for your patience someone will be with you. So I walked out the room and looked in all the rooms. I don’t know if it was lunch break, but in every room I looked in which was about five different rooms. There were like two people in each room conversing sitting down doing nothing but talking. All of them were workers. So I spoke up about it and asked them what is going on. I said I’ve been sitting in the room for about 2 hours. That’s when the doctor finally came out to see me. When she finally walks into the room, she asks me, “How can I help you?” With the energy that I felt from her, it felt like it was so strong that it could’ve pushed me out the room. The vibe and energy and tone from her voice didn’t take neuroscience to tell she did not want to assist me and I can understand because I spoke up about me being in that room for 2 hours and also in the waiting room for an additional hour. I’m sorry I don’t know how this dentist have so many good reviews which is the reason what brought me here here but I will never come here again
This place is disgusting! Today 10/28/24 I walked in and witnessed rude and in my opinion racist behavior from the woman working the counter. A young lady came in for her appointment and the girl behind the counter was giving her such a hard time in regards to confirming her appointment which the customer stated she confirmed it 3 times. They also handed her information to fill out in Spanish because she looked Spanish. The customer couldn't read it in Spanish she said and the woman working there got annoyed by that!?! The girl who was the customer spoke perfect English and is clearly an American. This young girl kept her composure the whole time which amazed me because I was boiling up listening to this. The woman behind the counter who works here then told her she should have scheduled her dentist appointment where she's from in Harrisburg? Like what? They also said to her they don't do walk-ins because of issue they were giving her about not confirming her appointment? Meanwhile here I am a walk-in and they were ready to take me? Because I'm white? This place again is disgusting and the lady that girl at the front counter needs to go. I walked out after I witnessed this.
I did a review a couple of years ago when I got my wisdom teeth removed. It was great, very little pain. This time I needed a tooth extraction had to wait hours only to be told an assistant could do it and made me reschedule. Come back only to realize a week later I'm still in pain cause they left part of my tooth in. I'm so frustrated!
